Description
Enfamil NeuroPro EnfaCare is a milk-based, 22 Cal/fl oz, iron-fortified, post-discharge baby formula milk that has enriched* nutrition for immune support for infants who were born prematurely or with low birth weight transitioning to home. Enfamil NeuroPro EnfaCare is the only post-discharge formula that has a fat-protein blend of MFGM† and DHA, previously only found in breast milk. Enfamil NeuroPro EnfaCare newborn baby formula has vitamin and mineral amounts specially tailored for premature babies’ first year of life after discharge from the hospital.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My baby was in the NICU but she wasn't premature but since she wasn't gaining weight so she was given the enfacare formula and it did actually helped her gain weight we tried the yellow one again but she wasn't able to gain weight with that one so we are sticking with this one and it really does help my baby gain weight.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was given to my baby in the NICU and we have been using it until about 5 months when he caught up on weight gain and was able to switch to the regular Enfamil neuropro. This made the transition very simple as well. Even though I was in the NICU with my baby daily, I’m still so thankful for the NeuroPro Preemie formula for the times I wasn’t able to breastfeed due to living an hour and a half away from the NICU.

He had no issues eating it whatsoever. The only issue we had with it, was he got super constipated and had super bad gas that we had to switch formulas. Plus we were NEVER able to find it in stores, it was nearly impossible

Although this product was hard to find, it’s been a great product for my premie. (I ended up buying this product in bulk on an online source) My son was born at 34wks, 5lbs 13oz.. during his 3wk NICU stay he went down to 5lbs. (I understand this is a healthier weight than other premies.) Along w/my BM, the NICU advised me to give my son at least 2 bottles of enfacare to ensure he gets those extra calories. My little guy is now 12wks & weighing in at 12lbs (: his Dr has given us the green light to change formulas, which we have now upgraded to Enspire by Infamil today.. grateful for this product.

I tried this formula for my baby when he needed to gain a little more weight and it was easier on his tummy than the other similar formula to it. They both have 22 calories but this one didn't make him fussy like the other one did.
