He would say, "Why should I kill myself (sarcastically) so you can review some pills that likely won't work." Well we went out to eat and without thinking he ordered fried okra because he hadn't had that forever. When the dish came, disappointment set in, as he remembered fried okra was breaded. I encouraged him to go ahead and he could take a pill just to see if they work, so he caved. They worked well enough that he didn't even complain about a stomach ache.
What a difference!

Sometimes, I like to indulge in something with a small amount of breading or a pastry. The pills were tasteless and easy to swallow. The bottle was easy to open and close as well.

They are capsules and easy to take. I love that you can take these while eating your gluten triggering foods. I have noticed that I have not had any gluten sensitivities while I have tested out these supplements and for that I am grateful. I tried taking this supplement after a meal when my stomach felt like it was bloating and hurting really bad. It seemed to help. So I tried it the next time I ate some bread and it seemed to help again. I will definitely keep this around, and it looks like I’ll be removing gluten slowly.
