A: This is a question for target and not us. Target issues a list of no-no ingredients to qualify for their “Target Clean” list & Petrolatum is not on that list. So, anything with Petrolatum can still qualify for “Target Clean” claim. List is not up for debate, so we have no choice but to blindly follow what’s listed in there.

A: Listed source of Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil is plant origin so it can be any vegetable including soybean and it’s not & cannot be controlled. Additionally, vegetable oil contains Vitamin E in a small amount which is derived only from soybean oil.

The texture of this is really weird. It comes out in a thick tube and you need to rub it in to put it on. Most of it gets stuck between fingers. Feels like a lot gets wasted. I'm used to the foaming gel creams that are way easier to apply. When using one hand, which you typically are when shaving, you need to lay this bottle on its side and then rub it in thoroughly with 2 hands. I'll be going back to top-dispensing and foaming. 2 stars for no irritation.

The packaging label will stain your bathtub if knocks over in shower. Use Dreft baby laundry stain remover spray… yes on the tub! I tried so many shower cleaners and got creative and it worked! This will get the stain out let it sit scrub repeat 4-5 times takes about 4 hrs before it’s gone. New formula is not good it had a chemical smell!

Just bought this today, I will be swiftly returning it tomorrow. Haven’t used it, luckily I read the ingredients. Why does this have titanium dioxide in it? That’s the same thing that all the tampon companies are being sued for having in their products, it’s known to be a carcinogen or something. Why would I want that on my skin, EOS?

I'd never tried the eos brand before but heard good things about it. As I have very sensitive skin, I opted for this "sensitive" type because it doesn't contain fragrance. It doesn't contain dye, either, which would be a dealbreaker for me. Surprise, surprise -- I love this shave cream! It is thick, gentle and spreads easily. It also stands nicely in my shower caddy. My only criticism is that the last bit was difficult to squeeze out of the tube.

I love this product. I have sensitive skin and very thick hair. This helps me achieve a clean, close shave with no irritation and smooth regrowth. It’s not your regular shaving cream, managing expectations is key there. However, the results are worth the learning curve.

If I was rating the product alone, it would undoubtedly be 5 stars. I've tried too many shaving creams to count, and this is by far the smoothest and least irritating on my sensitive skin. However, the packaging is annoying. Once you get down to the last 1/4 of the bottle, it's difficult to squeeze out. Because the product is so thick, it doesn't always settle at the bottom, causing lots of air bubbles and shaking and squeezing to try and get it out. I usually have to add water and shake it up in order to get a thinner consistency that actually comes out of the bottle. It also doesn't last as long as shaving creams from a can, though that can be expected since this is more of a lotion and less of a foam. But it does mean you have to buy more often which means spending more money.

Awful - it dried my skin out so bad and did not offer a smooth shave. Can not understand how it has such high reviews. First few ingredients contain alcohol which dries out your skin. I should have read the ingredients prior to purchasing.
