Great scanner

I was reluctant to spend the money but this scanner is awesome!

I love the product wish that I could just put them all in at bulk and it doesn’t all by itself

This is a great product! It is exactly what I needed to get all my receipts in one place.

This thing is a game-charger for receipt management!!!

I just purchased this a couple of weeks ago. The set up directions, were terrible! Not everyone is “tech savvy.” Not sure if I will keep it…. Please think about ADDING DETAILED SET UP INSTRUCTIONS!

My review is that this product is excellent.

I have a busy bookkeeping business. We scan hundreds to thousands of documents a day for our clients. The desktop scanners we used previously are fast but they require you to scan in one receipt at a time and then they must be connected with a cable to your computer. I initially bought 3 of these RR600W Rapid Receipt printers for testing, with the plan to buy more if they proved their worth. One of them failed right out of the box. It never connected to the WiFi despite very many attempts. The was returned. We retain the other 2 however I would caution anyone in a production environment against considering them. Even with technical employees you are going to waste time supporting them. And they jam often when feeding in more than 4 or 5 documents at a time. When they jam you have to clear error messages on both the scanner and the computer and then you have to refeed the jammed receipts. Often you get part way, or most of the way through a large scan job when the app screen simply goes white and you lose all you work. You have to restart the app to rescan everything again. The frustration and wasted time makes these a time waster in a production environment. For someone who just scans a few household receipts they are likely more reliable but the frustration of keeping them connected to your WiFi is not really worth the money.

I love this scanner. I was disappointed that it can't interface receipts with Quickbooks, but I still love it.

I loved this scanner. It now refuses to connect even through a usb cable.

Smooth interface to Windows 11. Scanner functionality easy to use and clean. Receipt recognition software is not as accurate as Neat was. I don't like you have to load stuff image down. Rarely have a receipt that doesn't require editing. Need to seriously look at Machine Learning to improve scan accuracy.

Very easy to setup and the scan is really quick.

I cant find anything telling me how to build my own category for scans to go. Eample. I need category to scan each months house payment. How do i scan them into one folder for just hpuse payments?

Had the scanner over a month can't get it to stay on line or locate our network. Had high hopes for use in our business very disappointed.

Just works. When you need it to. Every time.

Good that it extracts the date and total from a receipt. It would be nice if it extracted the individual line items. Maybe something for an update. It’s good at guessing a good name when saving to file. I like that.

Juste wow for the speed and it's easy to install
