This carrier is great!! My baby is 4.5mo and we've used it probably every day. I would definitely recommend watching the video on the ergobaby website on how to put it on.

I didn’t like this carrier. My son is 8 lbs 12 oz and it’s so uncomfortable for both of us. My son cries and it just never seems to sit right in my shoulders. I’m thin and short and it just doesn’t work. I returned it.

My baby has a long torso and never seemed to fit correctly in newborn nor infant settings. Didn’t support his neck and just felt less secure than other brands. Went back to my carrier from another brand that I used for my older kids and he fit perfectly.

I purchased this to use for my 5th baby, and it is my first soft structured carrier. It's so much easier than a traditional wrap, and much less bulky than a structured carrier. This is the perfect in-between carrier. It is super soft, lightweight, and supportive with the adjustable buckle at the waist, and wide shoulder straps that cross in the back. I purchased the heathered green and I love it!

It's great quality, but not comfortable for either of us. Hopefully it's better for him as he grows.

I really disliked everything about this carrier. I've only used it twice now, and there is just a lot going on and difficult to put on by yourself.

Since my baby always wants to be held, we tried four other options before this one (ring sling, baby ktan wrap, and two other structured carriers) -- this one is the winner. It's very simple to use (only three snaps and they are super intuitive). The fabric is soft enough (the more structured ones irritated his skin and made him fussy). While still giving enough support that I don't feel the strain on my back like a wrap . Winner for us!

This is the best carrier besides a wrap! I used this when my son was a newborn and still use it and he’s currently 8 months! I like the soft material for both me and baby and it’s comfortable. I will say, after carrying him for a while it does start to hurt your back but he’s 22lb currently. Would highly recommend!

My newborn hated this wrap! I even waited till she got bigger (2 months) and she just never felt comfortable even after folding it up to make it fit her better. She preferred the Moby wrap or the Lalabu carrier!

This carrier is really uncomfortable. The weight isn’t distributed properly, and it puts all of babies weight on your stomach causing a ton of pressure/discomfort.

This carrier is so easy to put on solo (which you’d think should be for every carrier but I can promise you that’s not the case)!! It’s extremely comfy- love the shoulder straps.. it’s easily adjustable to snuggle baby up! Not bulky and easy to move around the house or out on the town in. I LOVE having this to keep my newborn close while also tending to a toddler. My baby loves it too- instantly settles and falls asleep for hours while in it.

I initially held off on buying given some marginal reviews. Once I received I loved it. It is the only infant carrier I tried that truly supports baby’s head in an upright position. Almost hands free. The best newborn product we’ve bought and amazing to keep hands free to play and interact with our toddler.

The straps on the sleeves is stretchable, meaning the weight of the baby is not on the your back while carrying the baby, its on your belly which is very uncomfortable specially for c-section mommies out there.

Highly recommend for the newborn stage. Great for walks and just around the house when baby wants to be closebut you also need your hands free. I tried a popular wrap on the market and did not like it at all. This was the perfect find where it is comfortable like a wrap, but doesn’t involve all the fumbling in trying to get the wrap on.

I’m not one to leave reviews, but I felt this was important enough to write. I put this on my registry because I had read plenty of great reviews about it. Unfortunately, my experience was not the same. I used this a couple times with my infant. The first time I used it, she was about 2-3 months old. I read the instructions carefully to make sure I was wearing it properly and had my husband help me put our baby in. I noticed my baby fell asleep pretty quickly after placing her in it (I just assumed that meant she was comfortable). I used the carrier again the next day, so I could do some cleaning. Same result as the first time, she fell asleep almost immediately. My baby was in the carrier for at most 15 minutes each time. The following day, I noticed purple dots on my baby’s legs that were not there prior to using the carrier. My friend has a baby the exact same age and she used the exact same carrier. She brought her baby over for a playdate and I noticed the EXACT SAME dots on her baby’s legs, so now at this point, I’m wondering if the carrier had something to do with these dots since we both used the same carrier at the same time. I decided not to use the carrier after these marks showed up on my baby and since she was falling asleep quickly (I figured her circulation was getting cut off). Fast forward to today, my baby is close to 6 months old, I decided to give the carrier one last try. In less than 10 minutes, I look down and my baby’s legs are completely purple (dark purple). I will be getting rid of these and never using it again.
