Description
Esembly reusable cloth diapers are made up of two parts: an absorbent Inner and a waterproof Outer (sold separately). Esembly Inners are made of super soft and thirsty certified organic cotton. Inners are designed with a unique butterfly shaped core to maximize absorbency while still allowing water and detergent to access all layers of the diaper for a deep and thorough cleaning and efficient drying.
Esembly Inners come in two sizes and are made to grow with your baby. The waist snaps allow for adjustments to accommodate expanding bellies, while the rippled core and stretchy elastic at the legs will expand as your babe gets taller. Inners are designed to be worn with an Esembly Outer (sold separately) for waterproofing and containment.
Here’s how it works:
• Put a fresh Inner on your baby at each change.
• Cover the Inner with a waterproof Outer to make a complete diaper.
• Change your baby every 2-3 hours, or immediately if poop is detected.
• To accommodate long nighttime sleep stretches, boost the absorbency of your diaper with an Overnighter (sold separately).
• When soiled, set aside in the Day Bag or Pail Pouch until laundry day.
If cloth diapering full-time, you’ll want to have 24 Inners and 6 Outers. Inners require laundering after each use, whereas Outers can be used multiple times before washing.
Launder your Inners and Outers every 2-3 days using Esembly Washing Powder (or similar clean-rinsing detergent) as per Esembly’s super-simple, step-by-step wash instructions.

We received many disposable diapers from our baby shower for our newborn that we used the first month she arrived. Once the NB size ran out (in a month we went through over a hundred), we decided to give our Esembly system a try and I’ll NEVER go back! I’ll use disposables if absolutely necessary, but now that I’ve tried Esembly I can see a huge difference. We would have a few blow outs whenever she was in disposables, but none with these reusables. If some did manage to escape the inner, the outer layer made sure to catch the rest. It absorbs very well into the cotton and she hasn’t had a single diaper rash. I was afraid they wouldn’t be comfortable at first because they seemed bulky and stiff, but the cotton doesn’t bother her one bit. I don’t have any problem washing them as instructed and if they seem stained (rare for us because I rinse the solids off with our bidet), I’ll set them in the sun, but you can always use a tiny bit of bleach. My favorite part is I get to match her outer layers with her outfits instead of having a plain ol’ diaper sticking out. Worth the price and peace of mind. We have the entire system. It’s nice keeping waste out of our landfills. No regrets whatsoever!

I love these diaper inners, mainly because it’s difficult to find organic cotton. They absorb well, wash nicely, and are soft. My complaint lies in the sizing. My daughter is only 12lbs so I purchased 2 packs (6 total) of the size 1’s. It says these go up to 17lbs, and thought I’d have a few months to use them. I’m already on the last snap with my daughter so they won’t last long at all for such a big investment.

I’ve tried many and Esembly is simply the BEST!! I got the “try it kit” before getting more inners and outers & would recommend. These are also husband approved! :) As a first time mom I knew I wanted to cloth diaper but had no experience with it. I purchased multiple cloth diaper brands & styles to try (pocket diapers, fitteds, covers w/ inserts) and did ALL the research… In deciding which brand to ultimately go “all in” with, the hubby voted Esembly because it is the easiest, fool proof cloth diaper & I would agree! I could tell someone who has never changed a diaper how to use these. They are SO much easier than pocket diapers (and I don’t have to stuff or separate for washing) and much less bulky than other fitted/AI2 diapers I’ve tried! Plus, my baby NEVER has blow outs in these and only leaks on occasion (typically because of me not changing him soon enough). To top it off, they’re CUTE and they have incredible customer service!!

I’ve been using Esembly diapers through 2 kids now and they have held up amazingly. They make it really easy to figure out how to get started. We used them to 18 months with my daughter until her pees got too big, and we’re into month 4 with my son. We still use the outers as my daughter’s swim diaper. Their customer service is fantastic. If you have any questions or concerns, they will help you. They’ll even give you specific washing regimen if you send them your settings. I’m so glad we made the investment - it’s good long term for our wallet and the planet!!

Before having our son, my husband and I discussed cloth diapers. We were interested but never bought anything because as we prepared for our first child we were a little overwhelmed by all the choices. A few months after our son was born we returned to the cloth diapering conversation. I admitted to my husband that I wasn't sure I wanted to do it because it seemed like too complicated and a lot of extra work for me. We had a version of a different cloth diaper that was gifted to us and I really wasn't into it. Plus cloth diapering is a big investment for something you're unsure you're going to like. But we ultimately decided to give it a try. Then as I was searching Target I found Esembly's Try-It pack. Ding-ding-ding! This sounded perfect and spoke exactly to what I was looking for! So we ordered the kit and after just a few days we were both on board. I love the Esembly system. I love how easy they make it. Its more affordable than other cloth diaper systems and their website is so helpful. Esembly made me feel like I could handle the task of cloth diapering. I am so happy we stumble upon them and they will be the only brand of cloth diapers I recommend. We will absolutely be purchasing more when my son goes up a size and keep them around for our future kiddos that follow.

I am so excited that Target now offers a non-disposable and reusable diaper option (and will hopefully have these available for purchase in stores soon too???)! These diaper inners are so soft and easy to care for. The simple instructions and high quality design are what drew me to Esembly’s range of diaper products. I cannot wait to diaper my baby in these when she is born in a few weeks.
