Admin., BSc (Hons), MSc, PhD, AFHEA, MRSB is an Assistant Professor at Fatima College of Health Sciences, located in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates, where he holds a position in the Department of Nursing. With a career spanning over 24 years, he has served as a registered nurse, bringing his extensive practical experience into the classroom. Within the academic sphere, he is recognised for his teaching skills, primarily focusing on research and evidence-based practice in undergraduate programs. Through engaging lectures and mentorship, he has guided numerous students towards a deeper understanding of research methodologies and the importance of evidence-based decision-making in nursing.
