I really don't know what this product is for. After using the 'Bordeaux' shade for weeks and having long, healthy, and beautiful nails, I decided to try 'Ferris of Them All'. After the first application, my nails started changing in quality. After two weeks of use, all my nails developed vertical ridges, and the tips of my nails started peeling uncontrollably. I trimmed my nails and began using 'Good As New' – the experience has been awful! My nails are in even worse condition, it feels like I applied the strongest acid, it would have done less damage than this 'Good As New' treatment! My experience with Essie so far has been varied. Some polishes are fantastic and don't damage the nail, while others I can't use (they start drying out and damaging the nail plate), so it's clear that the ingredients differ. I would love for someone from Essie to explain what might be the issue, so I would know what to avoid in the future. In short, based on my experience, 'Good As New' only causes damage and no benefit.

Don’t feel this worked for me. The application is nice and my nails appear smooth with the product on, but it chips off. Does not last a week . With multiple attempts and applications, my nails are still brittle and flaky.

WOW it is so good. i wish there was more colors with the same formula. this is the nail polish i have been looking for my whole life. i am so impressed. it doesnt look like i am wearing nail polish it just looks like i have perfect natural nails even more perfect than imaginable. This polish has helped my nails grow longer, but it hasn’t helped with ridges or with strengthening them. I would say it fulfills half of what it promises. The matte pink is a little strange. You have to be careful not to paint it on too thick or it looks like the color of bubblegum.

Love this product! My nails constantly chip and peel, so I was looking for something to strengthen them-this is IT! It’s a light, matte pinkish, and I can layer as needed. This barely chips, even though I do a lot of yard work and hand washing. My nails are finally growing!

This nail perfector is works very well for me- I keep my nails on the shorter side, and I wear them naturally, but gardening and dishwashing are hard on them. In my experience, this product helps repair mild imperfections and provides some protection from further damage. My advice: One thin coat is all you should apply. Additional coats look chalky and chip. The thin coat wears down naturally; it's almost imperceptible.

I’m 60 years old and have had a lifetime of peeling nails that chip easily. I bought this on a whim and I’m thrilled! Usually nail polish peels off within a day or two, but this has stayed on for a week with no loss of color. I’ve had no chips or peeling during that time. Highly recommend for those with brittle nails. My only wish is all nail polish had this formula.

I had ridges in my nails from months of doing SNS back to back. Two layers of this as a base coat, plus 2 coats of color and 1 top coat nearly fully camouflaged the ridges. I tried so many similar products from other brands first but none worked their magic quite like this one!

It goes on streaky and matte. When I used it for the third time, upon opening the top, the brush had fallen into the nail polish. It is now gracing my trash can. I’m going back to Dermalect.Makeover Ridge Filler.

Pros: breathable polish, good brush, formula is a good consistency, is a decent alternative for a builder gel to provide structure and support for weak or damaged nails, quick drying Cons: the Color is ugly to me idk it’s a weird fleshy/sickly pink, Demi Matte finish is not my favorite, streaky color
