Grew my hair for sure but made my jawline break out in TERRIBLE acne. I went to an esthetician and she told me to stop taking them. Within a week of stopping, so did the acne breakouts. As a hair, skin and nails vitamin, all 3 should be enhanced with this product, not hurt.

A few years ago I took these regularly and loved them. But I noticed they’re reformulated and now have to take 3 gummies. I don’t mind the gummy texture or sweet taste, but something about the new formulation makes me feel slightly lightheaded and upsets my stomach mildly for 1-2 hours after taking them. Not a huge deal, but it’s unpleasant and concerning. I’ve been taking these for 3 weeks on a daily basis at the recommended dosage with a meal, and the side effects haven’t subsided. I wonder if it’s too much sugar or too acidic? Maybe I’ll try taking the 3 gummies separately at different times of the day instead of all at once. I’m not sure the benefits outweigh the adverse effects, so I may not be repurchasing.

I am almost on my 3rd bottle and this is working currently for my nails and skin. I started taking them because a med I was (no longer)prescribed made my hair fall out. My hair has stopped falling out as fast as it was. It could be from stopping my meds. But I am starting to see lil baby hairs. I will continue to buy this product as it does take a few months to grow hair.

Didn't notice a significant effect on skin and nails, BUT my typically straight hair became wavy - and not in a cute way. It looked frizzy and pinched. Very awkward to the point where I bought a flatiron before I realized it was the vitamins. Since I've stopped taking them, my hair has gone back to normal.

These aren’t bad if you’re a gummy head like me. They are more on the harder side but they taste good (berry). I’m not sure if I notice a difference but I’m not balding and my skin isn’t horrible so boom. I’ve been using these 2 month’s consistently but I want to also try the Olly brand.

Hate it. Makes me nauseated and caused cystic acne and whiteheads within 2 weeks of use. Nothing was improving my acne from these vitamins. Stopped taking for 3 days and whiteheads gone. Cystic acne improving. I’ve taken the regular multivitamin without issues. I was very sad this couldn’t work out.

I've been taking these vitamins for about 3-4 months now. I've started getting compliments on how fast my hair is growing and I've noticed that my eyebrow and other facial hair is growing a lot faster than usual as well (which is a little annoying, but I can't complain if it means the vitamins are working!). Also, my nails used to be paper thin, but they look a lot healthier and sturdier now!

These gummies are incredibly hard to chew and the taste is awful. I use Vitafusion prenatals and womens daily vitamins and theyre great. These made me so nauseous. And you have to take 3 a day!
