I love this brand but unfortunately this multi-symptom pack did not work for me. I had better luck with Estroven Stress Relief & Energy Boost pack (yellow box) which I fully give 5 stars because it covered what I needed. This one was too broad probably.

Within a week, hot flashes reduced from over 20 a day to zero to five. Tried other over the counter and prescription solutions and none of them worked. It may not work for everybody but it definitely worked for me.

I had hot flashes so bad that it got to the point it was definitely ruining my life, this pill is a miracle I'm not kidding, after 2 weeks my symptoms went to everyday hot miserable flashes to maybe 1 flash a week it's amazing.thank you so much.

This is an excellent product, it has helped me with all of my menopause symptoms. No more hot flashes!! I have been taking this product for 3 years now and I feel great. I’m so happy I gave this product a try it saved me from having HRT.

Ihave taken this for 3 weeks now so I feel like I've given it a good try. I can honestly say I don't notice a single difference. I didn't have night sweats but I do have weight gain, bloating, lower right stomach and back pain so I would not recommend it.

This works. It took a little over a month but it works and I continue to take one every morning. I haven’t had a hot flash in over a week and I’ve been sleeping through the night. My mood is better and I have more energy. I’m honestly shocked it worked, but it’s made in Germany and I feel like European remedies are on another level.

My mom suggested I try this when I started experiencing perimenopausal (undiagnosed) hot flashes at night that were really uncomfortable and upsetting. I didn't think rhubarb root would make a difference (let's be honest: it sounds silly), but...you know, I gave it a shot because why not? And I wouldn't have thought to leave a review except that it DID work, and it HAS BEEN working. I take it every day now, and instead of hot flashes every other night it's probably once a month. The stack of towels and clean jam jams by my bed is gone. I can cuddle at night again. If you are like me, and a little skeptical, I suggest trying it. It may not work for you. But for my girlies who are skeptics, it's at least worth a try. I am just a random nobody 38 year-old whose mother randomly let her take her Estroven on a random brief trip as a random free, trial and now Estroven is an intention and regimen. I take it every day and my life and comfort have improved. I have no incentive to promote this product. As a skeptic, I'm as surprised as anyone else. But I keep taking it and it keeps working.

I was recommended this product by my women's health doctor who.....( drum roll) happens to be a man. I'm so stoked that this product works. I wanted to hold off on my review until after I have been a week into it. I used to think I was the mother of dragons. That's how I hot I would get. Now matter what I did or did not do, I felt like the Heat Mizer song was my anthem. At night, I could be my own furnace and while everyone else would say wow it got chilly, here's me like, really? I lived in Death Valley last night. Not the one on earth the one in Hell. That's how hot I would get. Not anymore. Now? It's good bye hot flashes, it finally feels like this is what my body was missing. I don't get hot during the day. ( visualize daisies and Disney cartoon animals). At night? I'm still kinda hot but I no longer think that I'm three steps away from setting the earth on fire. Thank you so much Estroven!

I bought this box a month ago. I was literally soaking wet every hour 24 hours a day. I couldn’t take it anymore and a nurse friend recommended this. I bought this box even though she recommended the red box. It took about 2-3 weeks and literally NO more sweating! It’s changed my life and I just wish I had known about this sooner. Not only am I not sweating I really don’t even get hot. My temperature is back to normal. I read the other reviews and some said it doesn’t work at all. I am not sure why. But this is for sure worth trying and make sure you take it every day and be patient for the first couple weeks. Seriously a game changer!
