Love that this milk is just a few ingredients with no additives. If you like the taste of Carnation, you are used to bad-for-you chemicals. LOVE this milk. I made nacho cheese with it and the cheese was soft and creamy for hours!

Best evaporated milk I’ve found! I dislike Carnation because it has a very specific flavor to it that gives away that you’re using canned milk. The Good and Gather version is just milky—it doesn’t affect the taste of your dish. I use evaporated milk in place of heavy cream all the time in things like soups and sauces with great results. It doesn’t curdle or add tons of saturated fat. I love this stuff!
