These 'soft gels' are NOT soft, plus they are huge! They're bigger than the pill size diagram on the bottle. Waste of money. I've tried to give them to everyone I know & no one wants them. The one I tried to take nearly made me chock to death.
So glad I tried them!

When I was first diagnosed with PCOS my vitamin/supplement regimen was complex and expensive. Maybe it helped? After having kids I took a break from the supplements, but my cycle was long (50ish days). I didn’t want to get complicated, found these and gave them a try. I’m on my second bottle and guess what? my cycle is now averaging 35-40 days. I’m not trying to conceive, so I can’t speak to the impact on fertility, but the cycle length change was dramatic and this is really the only thing I changed.
