I purchased 2 of these car seats for my grandson to have one in both parents vehicles. And I was amazed at how comfortable , cute and how much technology goes into these things! Well worth it!

The only reason I’m not giving this 5 stars is because it sits almost straight up and my baby’s floppy neck falls forward really bad. Otherwise this seat is amazing with great features. Lightweight, easy to install, soft padded fabric, awesome light bar, etc etc.

This cartseat is made of excellent super high quality eco friendly materials such as the liner which has excellent cushion that keeps my baby extra safe to the all the way around build. Adjusting the carseat to his proper fit and Installation was fast and easy. The base sits perfectly still and it holds the carseat super safe. I absolutely love the way The one hand 180 ° rotation makes it very easy to get my baby in and out in no time. One of my very favorite features has to be the soothing music and lights. It is extremely convenient and perfect for long rides. My baby enjoys the soothing sounds with lights alot. Downloading the app and adjusting the features is such an amazing addition. The Sensory Safe buckle gives me so much peace of mind! And the rotation is so smooth and easy to use, even one handed!!! I cannot say enough good things about this cat seat. All the fabric parts are removable and washable!!! That makes life so much easier with a little one who spits up and may have diaper blow outs. And the app feature is so great!!! As a mom of seven, I have used my share of car seats over the years and this by far has been in my favorites. I’m always juggling bags or a toddler so the revolve feature combined with how light the car seat weighs was a plus! My little one is not a fan of car rides so being able to entertain and soothe her with sounds, lights and music made this mama happy. The only drawback I experienced was with the alerts. I LOVED this safety feature but often got sent alerts that my child was still in the seat when she was not and the buckles were not buckled. If this were something that could be fixed, it would probably be my top pick of all the car seats I have used.

The canopy provides good coverage, although it does get a little in the way when moving the handle or adjusting the seat back height with the no rethread harness. Not a big deal, just made it a little less smooth. When placing my infant in the seat, the straps tightened and loosened seamlessly, making for an easy placement and adjustment for baby boy. The big part of this seat I was excited to try was the sensorysoothe technology and it did not disappoint! The lights and sounds are fantastic! Baby boy is always a little upset getting placed in a car seat but when I turned on the lights, he was immediately engaged and calmed down. I am very excited to use this regularly and the app makes it super easy to control or adjust the settings. Even my toddler wa interested in it! Installation was fairly standard and since we have a SUV, size was not an issue. As for transport to and from the car, this seat was much lighter than other models we’ve used and very easy to get baby in and out of the car. The 180 rotation is a nice feature and I’m sure we’ll use it more once baby is bigger and we aren’t taking the entire car seat in and out. I’m definitely excited to and plan to use this feature a lot more. One issue people may have is that this seat isn’t compatible with many strollers. Hopefully this will change in the future! The added security of the sensor safe technology is a huge plus! I love the peace of mind this adds with many safety features for multiple unsafe condition including excessive heat in the car! Being able to turn the seat toward me while securing my baby has been a game-changer—I didn’t realize how much I needed this feature until I had it! I also appreciate the sustainable fabric made from recycled bottles. Finding eco-friendly baby products is important to me, so this was a big plus. However, the fabric had a strong odor out of the box that lingered even after airing it out for several days. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but something to be aware of. The SensorySoothe light bar is another highlight. My daughter seems calmed by the soft light and sounds, and I find them relaxing too. I do wish there was a button on both sides of the handle for easier access, but overall, it’s a great addition. Another feature I really appreciate is the companion app and safety clip. The app was easy to set up and use, and having the extra peace of mind that the clip provides is a great bonus. The app even shows the temperature in the car! That said, there are some challenges with this seat. Installation was difficult, requiring a lot of strength to properly secure the base. Even after installation, I noticed some movement where the rotational piece connects, which raises concerns about stability in a crash. The harness straps can also be frustrating, as they don’t stay to the side when placing my baby in the seat. I often have to pull them out from under her, which makes buckling her in more difficult than it should be. This is my second child, and I can hands-down say that this car seat far supersedes our last. The innovation and technology integrated into this seat is incredible. My four month old adapted well to the change and seemed snug and safe in it. Installing the base and subsequently the seat was a breeze. As others have mentioned, the seat does seem a bit inclined/elevated compared to other infant seats, but I was assured that the alignment was Accurate based on installation cues. By far, the best part of the seat is both the safety awareness and the built-in soothing technology. My child was utterly mesmerized by the soothing light show and complementary sounds. The fact that we were able to control it from our phones, as well as directly on the seat handlebar was an added bonus. The seat is comfortable, cushioned, and the material is luxe. I was really impressed by all of the features we encountered. I made sure to give my testing review a solid 2+ weeks to ensure I was providing the most accurate feedback possible. Happy to say we will continue using the seat And have the peace of mind that our baby is comfortable, entertained, and safe.

It is comfortable and was extremely easy to get our newborn in and out the car. Installation was a bit of a doozy, but it wasn’t too bad overall. The part that threw us off was that the car seat needs batteries; it is that the company provided the batteries for us. The only drawback is that the car seat is made for a larger vehicle, or a vehicle that has more space between the front and backseats. The base and car seat are long, probably for the rotation, but if you have a larger vehicle such as a van or SUV, then this is perfect! We did not get a chance to use the soothing feature, but will be doing so soon. I was given the opportunity to test this product through the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

This carseat was the lightest one I have used and wow, was it great to get in and out of the car easily as well as carrying it when needed. It has great cushion and side head support for a brand new baby. But the incline seemed higher than other car seats I have used and my infant's head tilted down when the seat was installed correctly. The base install was quick and easy. I preferred using the seatbelt with the lock strong tension system. It was secure in no time! However, when the seat was in the base, it was wiggly. I believe it is due to the fact that you can rotate it 180 degrees and has an extra piece between the base and seat. The base itself was tight and secure to the seat of the car but the connection of the base to the seat seemed off and rattled a bit over bumps. The built - in tech features were helpful to have with many children in the car at once. We could easily access the sound machine and lights to help calm the baby while the other kiddos were loud. I loved having the sound machine built in so I don't always have one hooked on to the seat. The app for the features is easy to use and set up was quick. The 180 degrees rotation is nice as well but we really haven't used it because I'm usually taking the entire seat in and out, not just baby. With getting multiple kids in and out of the car, the Safe Sensor feature is a great addition! While this car seat has some great safety and soothing features it is not compatible with a double stroller which is a no go for me. With multiple young children, I need a seat that can latch into a double stroller. If the stroller that this seat is compatible with could turn into a double stroller I would buy it in a heartbeat!

The car seat included batteries. The lighting and sound are simply incredible. It keeps my infant relaxed and satisfied. I love that I can manage it from my phone. The rotating seat is extremely convenient and simple to use. I like that I can rotate the seat with one hand. The fabric is soft and I appreciate that there are no added chemicals and flame retardants. I think this is a fantastic car seat and would highly suggest it to any new parents. There were a few things that could have been improved. I wish this car seat was a little bigger so it could be used longer. Especially with that price tag. Unfortunately, only one stroller is compatible with this seat. We have a bassinet for our stroller, however I wish there was an adapter to use for quick areends. The one-hand 180 rotation and sensory soothe were implemented way better than I thought they would be and made for a great experience! With an infant, I didn’t expect to use the one-hand 180 rotation very much. However, I was wrong! The week I received the car seat, baby was really sick and we had a bunch of pediatrician appointments. After being poked and prodded, my baby was often very upset when the appointments were all finished. Instead of having to fight putting him in the car seat upset in the office, I was able to cuddle baby on the way out to the car while dad carried the car seat. We could swivel the car seat towards us to make putting him in the car after the car seat was already in! It was so easy! It also makes getting the whole car seat in and out very smooth. The car seat clicks into the base with ease! My baby generally likes the car, but those first few minutes of driving are always a little rough. After his doctor’s appointments, he was especially fussy. The sensory soothe worked so much better than I thought it would. I thought it wouldn’t be any better than a sound machine, but it really is so much more! My baby’s eyes followed the lights, and he was instantly calmed by the music. It saved me from driving with a crying baby, which can break your heart I was a little hesitant about a car seat that comes with an app, but it was surprisingly useful! The Evenflo app makes it easy to adjust settings, and the sensory safe safety features give me peace of mind as a first-time mom. I am always so worried about whether I have the car seat installed right, and the easy installation for this car seat made it so easy! Setup was quick, and adjusting the fit was a breeze. My baby also seems more comfortable in this car seat than the one I was previously using due to the eco-friendly fabric and plushness. The main thing I don’t love about the car seat is that it isn’t very attractive. While soft and comfortable, the fabric does look cheap, and the canopy doesn’t move very smoothly. It is also a little awkward to carry because you aren’t able to wrap your arm around the handle. Overall, I don’t think anyone would regret buying this excellent car seat. While I do think some improvements could be made, the sensory soothe, 180-degree rotation, and safety features put it a step above the rest. If you have a baby who hates the car, I think you would love this car seat.

From taking the car seat out of the box I could tell that it's definitely a higher end type of product. It seems well made. The infant cushion is nice, thick, and it goes all the way to the top of the head. It keeps my 3 month old secure and snuggled in. I'm excited about the Sensory Safe and Sensory Soothe options. I downloaded the Evenflo app, started an account and found the car seat. I was able to connect the car seat to the app so my and my husband's phones will get alerts when the sensor safe buckle gets unbuckled. When it's unbuckled a voice will tell you so. It also tells you the baby's temperature which is great to know during the summer. The location of my backseat air conditioner car vents is frustrating when using rear facing car seats. Knowing my baby's temperature especially during the summer will be such a relief! The Sensory Soothe accessories are cool! The LED lights are located on the handle. The colors are nice and soothing. You have different options to choose from. There is also a sound option. You can change the settings on the side handle or on the app. Loving that I'm able to rotate 180° to get my son out if I choose not to take out the car seat. I wish the handle had a button on the top to move it up or down instead of the sides but I understand because of the Sensory Soothe lights it may not be able to have one there. I am disappointed that I don't know what stroller I can use with it. It came with a list of many incompatible strollers but not ones that are compatible. I emailed Evenflo but I have yet to hear back from them. It'll be better to have a list of compatible strollers instead of incompatible. Overall the car seat is really nice. All the bells and whistles are awesome. My son likes them. I'm happy that I get a sense of relief knowing that that he's safe in it. I definitely recommend it!

Second, for context, I have a 2 month old infant that used this car seat for about 2 weeks prior to writing this review. I have used 4 other brands of car seats and this is by far my favorite. Third, let’s talk about this Mom and infant friendly car seat! The 180 rotation makes getting the baby in and out of the car seat so easy and quick. I was out and about when it started raining and the 180 feature saved precious time to quickly get baby in the car and me out of the rain. Best yet, I can press the button and twist the seat with only one hand. When the car seat is rotated to rear-facing, it is firmly locked into place in the base. The car seat itself feels very strong and study, while still being light weight and easy to carry. The car seat base was quickly and easily installed within about 2 minutes. It was completely hassle-free. Second, the sensory features are epic! I am not aware of anything else on the market like this car seat because of these features. There are 3 buttons on the car seat handle that allows you to customize different sounds and lights to soothe your baby. There are various sounds including music, nature sounds, or shushing. The lights are located in the handle and can be a stationary color or cycle through various colors. My 2 month old was in a trance with the lights and loved it! He has not cried once being in this car seat and the sensory features help a lot with soothing. Best yet, all of these features can be controlled through an app on your phone. You can control the lights, music, and even set timers through the app, which is simple to set up and easy to use. The features run on 4 AA batteries, so very easy to replace when needed. I live in a rural area and sometimes drive long distances so it is very nice to have sensory features to soothe a crying baby when you can’t pull over. Third, I think my favorite feature is the sensor safe buckle (see pics below). The app alerts you if the buckle is not securely fastened. This would be very beneficial in the setting of a child who unbuckles themselves. You can find out immediately that they are not safely secure in their seat. Fourth, the material in the car seat is very soft and padding is thick. My 2 month old fit snuggly into the seat with easy adjusting of the snaps for secure fit. The fabrics are eco-friendly with no added chemicals or flame retardants. I think the features of this car seat and price point are spot on. The price matches the safety and sensory features offered. I would definitely recommend to a friend. I don’t have anything negative to say about this car seat!
