I recently purchased an Every Drop water filter after doing some research that led me to believe I was investing in a quality product. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disastrous. First and foremost, the filter lasted a mere two weeks before its performance deteriorated significantly. Initially, I was impressed with the crispness of the water, but it quickly became evident that the filter could not hold up to its promises. My once-refreshing water now tasted plastic-like and unappetizing, which was incredibly disheartening considering I had hoped for clean, pure H2O. When I contacted Every Drop’s customer support, I expected a level of service that matched the premium price of their product. Instead, I was met with indifference and unhelpful responses. Their representatives seemed more concerned with protecting their brand than genuinely addressing my concerns. After several back-and-forth emails with no real resolution, I felt like I was speaking to a brick wall. Their “support” team is anything but supportive; it’s as if they were trained to deflect complaints rather than solve them. Additionally, the lack of a meaningful warranty or satisfaction guarantee only exacerbated my frustrations. I understand that no product is perfect, but with a filter that barely made it past the two-week mark, I expected some accountability or, at the very least, a replacement. Instead, I was given the runaround and a series of generic apologies devoid of any real action or concern. In conclusion, my experience with Every Drop water filters has been an absolute letdown. If you're looking for a water filter that actually delivers on its promises and comes with reliable customer support, I highly recommend looking elsewhere. This company clearly has its priorities misaligned; their filters may look good on the shelf, but they fall woefully short in performance and customer care. Save your money and your peace of mind—steer clear of Every Drop!

I've purchased 3 of these filters and each one has lasted maybe 2-3 months before the water flow slows to a trickle.

This filter caused our water flow to be so low in less than 4 months time that our ice maker was not making ice. We have a new refrigerator. The filter indicator on the refrigerator said the filter had 57% life left. Thankfully we changed the filter before calling a repairman. The new filter is working and ice maker is making ice. We followed the directions when installing the filters. Very expensive filter especially for such a short life.

I have exclusively bought this filter from my refrigerator for the past 2 years. I live in South Texas so we have what is called hard water. I replaced my filter every 4 months and believe me it catches a lot! Yes you're going to find other filters they give you a better deal but in the long run it's the quality that counts! I have tried other filters and you can taste the difference. This is why I exclusively stay with Everydrop.

I have been using these filters for 6 years in my Kitchen Aid fridge, replacing them every six months, when the fridge told me to, without any noticable reduction in flow. The last two filters I have used restricted the water flow to a trickle after only 2 weeks. I install them and prep them according to the instructions. For what these cost I expect better performance.

It's insane seeing some of these reviews using a TDS meter... People acting like experts that don't understand what these filters actually do. These filters DO NOT and HAVE NOT claimed to remove 99% of everything. They remove microbes, mostly chemicals, lead and that's about it. It doesn't soften your water, it doesn't remove calcium, it doesn't remove aluminium and varies other heavy metals outside of lead. People really need to start reading the manual on filters and actually look at what they do so they can temper their expectations. None of these 1 star reviews are accurate to the designed function of these filters.

We just replaced our second filter in 5 months (we have a new refrigerator). These just don’t last at all. Had a different brand in our old fridge that would last and last. This isn’t worth the money.

We have had a fridge that uses this filter for several years. Never had problems before, but this last filter lasted only 2.5 months. We have not changed our water consumption. These are expensive and supposed to last 6 months. Why is it beeping now after only 2.5 months?!

Causes extremely low water flow. It takes 30 seconds or more to fill a small glass. Very frustrating and impossible to fill water bottles without the motor burning out/smelling like overheated plastic.

I’ve had the same issue as others with this filter. Purchased a new filter dec 29 2023, it’s now march 2 2024 and I’m at 10%. Had to go and buy a new ridiculously expensive filter. Hoping it lasts longer than 2 months! It also slows water to a bare trickle

I bought this 2 months ago and the water flow was great too start, but now is down to a trickle. There's no way we went through the gallons of water to already reach the life of the filter. This is the third one that had performed this way. Very disappointed at it's performance considering how expensive it is.

Terrible product, if I could switch to anything else I would in a heartbeat. The filter is good for the first 4-5 weeks for a family of 4 each filling up a water bottle every day, then it quickly deteriorates to a slow trickle (and we have a water softener). Have been using these filters for over 3 years, and it's never gotten better... honestly makes me not want to buy a Jenn-Air refrigerator again if this is the junk they recommend using. It would be one thing if they were relatively inexpensive, but they're not. Very frustrating
