Evlution Nutrition is my favorite BCAA out of all that i've tried. I love this BCAA. The taste is great, mixes well with water, I drink it right after a workout and hardly ever get sore the next day. Its amazing the next day going to CrossFit and everyone else is in class talking about their soreness and I always mention I don't feel sore at all. It's a must have to repair those muscles. Also, if I'm needing an extra boost before a workout or during the day. I take it as well. It's such a great product. Give it a try!
