Fit my needs, has no fake flavours and no electrolites so I can complement it with my prefered electrolites brand that is free of crap and natural flavour.

BCAAs aren’t a pleasant taste, but I loved this stuff in the orange flavor. Unfortunately, it appears to have been discontinued and the only other BCAA products available are this in unflavored and some other variety with caffeine. Hopefully they bring it back, but now switching to another brand.

I used this product before from amazon and it was at higher cost. It seems like for Canadians everything cost more but at least not here on Swanson. This product taste bitter but it is free of additives.

very hard to mix. tastes disgusting (i mean super foul). i have taken bcaa's in pill form but this is my first time with a powder. can't tell a difference in energy or recovery.

I'm currently on my 4th repeat order of Optimum's BCAA powder. I recently started intermittent fasting and taking the BCAA's both pre-workout and during the morning have really helped give me energy through my morning workout and through the morning. I don't feel like I've lost any muscle mass at all. I will definitely keep buying it and recommending it.

BCAA's are important for building and maintaining muscle. In fact, if you have a period when you can't work out, studies have shown that continuing to take your BCAA's can limit your muscle loss. I've noticed a define positive effect on the results from my workout since I've been taking this product. It has a nice vanilla flavor that isn't overpowing, and blends nicely into a sports drink. I recommend it.
