A: It's like a candy bar. Itty bitty piece that you chew and swallow. If you can't chew, you could let it melt in your mouth. It tastes great!

Do not recommend at all, took it at 4pm and woke up at 3AM with what felt like labour pains. It didn’t really make me go bathroom but just the pain was horrible, also made me start bleeding.

I take 2 for an adult but you can take just one and that’ll do the trick. If you want to be going to the bathroom and really flush out and you take 2 then make sure you don’t have much planned because you will have the urge to go plenty of times. It’s good use though if you get constipated a lot, to help flush out.
