These work great! They are 250mg caplets and contain diphenhydramine which makes you sleepy. So you’ll get relief even faster because you’ll be asleep. I like the caplets they are easy to swallow. And they are a great value because they work. If you want fast relief I’d recommend them.

This product works amazing! I have tried many products for pounding headaches especially at bedtime and nothing seemed to work until I tried this product. Not only does it take away your headache but it also helps you sleep through the night. You wake up with no headache hangover and you feel very rested. I highly recommend this.

Excedrin used to make this in a non drowsy pill that didn't have aspirin in it but they stopped making it. I can only take this at night as it knocks me out which if you get a headache first thing in the morning it's unfortunate and I have to take something else.

Whenever I have a headache this is the only medicine that will relieve it within 15 minutes. Also it perfect at night so you don’t get that caffeine boost from normal excedrin. Ecedrin is my go to headache medicine but this is totally a must if you can’t shake one at night
