A: Mine didn’t come with a cord. I tried to ask what cord is needed (required voltage and amperage), but Target won’t approve my question. It would be great if someone who knows could tell us what we need to buy.

Don’t recommend at all! We received it as a Christmas present. When we put batteries in it to set it up; it didn’t work. Tried different batteries and triple checked to make sure they were put in correctly and nothing. For the price of the keyboard, this is completely unacceptable! I expect so much better from FAO Schwarz!!! Do better!

Keyboard does not work at all! I've tried to contact the number that is listed all througout the questions and reviews and the "user is not available" and hangs up. Target is now sold out of it so I can't replace it. Had a really disappointed 6yr old for Christmas and I can't even make it up to her. I would give it zero stars if I could.

This is great, the keyboard is a light plastic material and the stand is metal, i like the metal notch to secure the hight. The sound quality impressed me, I don't think others realize the quality they expect from a 100 dollar piano is obviously not going to be like a professional 600 dollar keyboard. Let's be realistic. This is the third one I've bought for my son and as far as sound quality it's the best so far, my only complaint would be the attachment straps, there's got to be a better way..... oh well. It did not include an adapter, I used batteries for now.

As we already have two monophonic toy keyboards for our very musical 4-year-old, we've been looking for a smallish polyphonic keyboard that we could take with us when we travel. This one is not it. The build quality is very cheap, on par with the $5 keyboard we have. In fact, the keys feel more flimsy than the ones on our cheap keyboard. Plus, the instrument options are wildly mislabeled; other than the default piano, not a single one matched up with the sound. We didn't try the rhythms so I don't know if those had the same issue. Even though the coupons that we had brought the price of this keyboard down significantly, it was still not worth what it cost.
