Q: Thunderbolt jet force would like to know how to get a manuel to see instrucyions on how to fly it. When flying it controls do not work when it only goes up and down and does not go right or left.

Q: One of the propellers appears to be jammed from dog hair but I can’t get it out. How do I remove the blades? I’ve tried pulling up on it but it feels like the whole thing will break if I apply more pressure.

A: Propeller blades are designed to be pulled off by firmly pulling them up. Various factors such as hair can make it harder to take off. Some tips would be to pinch the center of the propeller between the two blades or gently use needle nose pliers if they are really stuck. Thank you

Q: Is there a way to extend the use life? The battery dies really quick. It is such a neat toy, my 7 year old loves it but it dies in a matter of minutes.

My son was so excited to get this and used it for one day and it broke. Two of the propellers wouldn’t stop spinning even when turned off. I guess we just have to throw it away now. What a waste!

Played with 3 times & now doesnt work. Remote does nothing & the lights on the drone stay on even when its turned off!! $60 down the drain! What a waste of money!!

My grandson never received his Christmas gift. It was delivered to the wrong address and no signature was required. I had reached out to customer service and they had offered to give me a $5.00 discount if I chose to order everything again. Therefore this deserves no stars. My grandson did not get his gift at all. I wanted them /Target to replace the missing items. They had said no. I’m not happy and my grandson is definitely not happy.

One rotor started as soon as we powered the drone on for the first time and would not shut off. Would just keep spinning on high even when powered off. Unable to fly at all due to the malfunctioning rotor. Very disappointed kid (and dad) on Xmas morning

Do not buy! This is extremely dangerous and I can’t believe it’s not recalled. My son was playing with this when suddenly the motor went crazy, wouldn’t stop, started to smoke a lot and smelled like a fire. This is a pretty expensive toy, I ended up buying a similar one on Amazon with good reviews and my kid loves it. Do not buy this one, you will regret it and your child will be sad.

My son loved flying this drone for the few months that he had it until it wouldn’t shut off one day. Within minutes it started smoking and caught fire. It was fun while it lasted.

Bought 1, after charging and turning on, motor wouldn't stop. It started smoking and basically had to die for the motor to stop. Returned for replacement and that one did same thing. Returned for refund. Do not recommend at all!
