I love this pan! It cooks well and browns foods nicely! Any crust from browning cleans off easily and the ceramic inside looks like new! I also like the smaller side handle to lift the pan and the fact that is a more healthy pan free of added chemicals.

Cleans up easily but it warped pretty quickly. I stuck it out for a while but ended up tossing it because the warping was causing uneven cooking.
