The bottle was bigger than I thought but it worked out, I poured it into 2 smaller bottles. This stuff s hard to find and I was glad you had it at a good price. Yes, I would get it again.

This is the liquid lecithin I prefer for use in 100% whole wheat bread. Many people add gluten to flour to get a good product (bread) or rolls, but lecithin makes the bread soft for sandwiches and seems to hep it rise..

I take 1 tablespoon twice daily. It is kind of a sticky oily product that requires one to wipe the measuring spoon with a paper towel before washing. Also, it is difficult to use in a blender with fruit because it is so sticky. For the price, it is a fantastic product, and is very, very useful to add to one's diet for overall health. I buy three 32oz bottles every three months.

This product is impossible to get down your throat. It's impossible to mix in a smoothy. and impossible to clean off the spoon or blender. I will definitely go back to using powdered lecithin

This stuff is sooo sticky it is hard to get off the spoon and when I try to push it off with my finger it sticks to that and you have to use hot soapy water to get it to budge! If you put it into a blender for a smoothie a good portion sticks to the side of the blender jar. I put it in hot soup hoping to dissolve it but the dad gum stuff got stuck all over my lips, teeth, and the roof of my mouth. The only place I found I could add it was to scrambled eggs and it was OK there and only my lips got a wee bit sticky. I gave up and ordered their granules instead.

I discovered the most amazing thing! Nothing will ever stick to a pan or muffin tin again. Simply melt 1/2 c. of coconut oil and add 1 t. of liquid lecithin to it. Use this mixture to coat baking pans, cake pans, pizza pans, muffin tins etc. Your baked goods will easily pop right out! Store this mixture in the fridge (you may need to return it to a liquid state before coating your bakeware)

This form of lecithin is great for shakes. I like to concoct my own shake mixes with Swanson's soy and protein powders, and found that the granule form of lecithin does not mix well without a high-power blender capable of breaking up the granules. How much you will like this product depends on what you are using it for. As another reviewer noted, this liquid form is sticky and can be difficult to handle, but with a little ingenuity and practice is worth it if you want to add lecithin to your shakes or have another use where liquid is preferable. The bottles I bought even have a recipe suggestion roughly along the lines of the kind of shakes I make so it appears I'm not alone in finding this product perfect for them.

It is almost impossible to find this product anywhere else. It costs a lot less on your site than the one other place I found it. The only thing I would like better is, that I really want to find a brand that will tell me that there is no GMO in the product.

I am sure this is a great and effective product. It was too thick and sticky to be worth the hassle for me to work with or try to use more than once.. Anything that this liquid comes into direct contact with is almost impossible to clean. I ended up ordering Swanson Premium 100% Pure Lecithin Granules (Non-GMO) .

I've priced this at many, many websites and this is the best price I could find for this product. It's a very inexpensive way to get phosphatidylcholine, choline and inositol!
