If you're not noticing the scent, make sure the clip on the back of the device is snapped into place. You should hear it click and it should be positioned at a 90 degree angle. It may take a few minutes for the fragrance to be released. Also, using the HIGH setting will provide a more noticeable scent. While we hope this was helpful, we're always here to assist more.
