Q: Can the light be turned off? Husband needs pitch black room to sleep.

A: The device has a light that flashes at different points. The first time you will see it flash is when you first plug it in. It will flash twice to indicate that the device is working. The light will be dormant until it's time to replace the refill. When the refill is almost empty, the light will flash continuously for 7 days. The light ring will also turn on when you press the Boost Button which will indicate that it is working.

A: That's a great question. There are warmer only packages and starter kits. If you want to purchase a warmer and refill together, you need to make sure to look at the package and clearly see that "scent refills" are listed before purchase. If you're still unsure, please contact the seller.

Unless you push the scent booster you won't smell anything continuously. Maybe good for a small space. Ineffective in my bedroom and living room. The refills are expensive. Great idea but not for the cost. If I still had the boxes I'd return them.

I’m not sure if mine did faulty but it doesn’t work, no fragrance comes out. It feels warm but no scent boost

It’s extremely easy to assemble and add in the refills as well! I love that it’s the same refills as the other wall plug in and there are so many different scents to choose from. The packaging is nice and sleek and looks good in any home. I think it’s an amazing value for your money as well. It lasted about a month, counting the many times the boost button was used as well. The boost button is great too when you want that instant extra scent power!

I love that it lasts up to 50 days on low and has adjustable intensity, so I can control the scent a bit. My only wish is for even finer control on the scent level—it can feel a bit strong at times. But overall, it’s a great addition to my home! The packaging was effortless, the effectiveness was instantly changing in the room - so easy to use!
