Kombucha is a fermented tea that has been consumed for thousands of years and is known to support a healthy digestive system.* It is made by adding a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY) to a sweetened tea. I am a college student, and I received this product in a care package. I love kombucha but had never used it in a drink powder before. I tried it and I love it. Most mornings I mix one in my water bottle and take with me to class. very convenient. I will continue to use these.
