Q: I have used this shredder 3 times with 3 different outlets in my home, and had it hooked up to a surge protector. Each of the 3 times, it has shred one thing and blown a fuse. How do I prevent this?

Q: You stated that the wheels can be removed, which is our desire. However, how will the unit sit on the floor, will it be flushed or you will notice that it sits on the 4 legs that the wheels go on?

Q: Does the pull out bin pull all the way out so you can just dump it in the trash? Can you line the bin with a garbage bag and just pull that out?

A: Hi Thirsty. The basket can be removed completely, however, a bag is not recommended since the unit does not feature a bin full alert. The large window will display the level of the debris.

I bought this to upgrade my shredder that kept getting hot and tyrning off. This product doesn't do that! I can shred up to 12 papers and keep shredding for more than 25 minutes. It's not loud.

Love that it's white and doesn't stand out like a black bulky shredder in my office, but it stopped working after one use. It totally jammed and even after using tweezers to pry out the stuck pieces, it never turned back on. Returning.

It worked great for shreading marketing mail and tons of it at once, and i oiled it regularly as noted, but now i plugged it in and it doesn't turn on.. very disappointed that it stopped working randomly

Love this shredder & the white is such a beautiful added touch; looks high end for my home office. It’s super quiet & from all my shredding years I know the papers need to go in straight & it won’t jam. Pleasant surprise was the safety lock! Grandkids are always curious & this makes it that much safer along w/the dual power switches. I only wanted a shredder on wheels w/a pull out basket. This totally fits the bill. Was a little pricey but worth it. I looked at a different manufacturer shredder & it was flimsy. Thank you Fellows for a quality product that I’m pretty sure will last many years when properly used!

Nice compact shedder. Seems well made and is fairly quiet. Love the easily removable bin and large window so you can easily see when its time to empty the bin. A little pricey but worth it. Would highly recommend.
