A go-to in my routine. They are yummy and just help keep things regular. An especially helpful thing for those junk food heavier days where I’m not getting as much fiber. They also taste yummy. Sometimes they’re harder to chew (like after being exposed to air for awhile) but they’re fiber filled so it makes sense anyways for there to be some chew

OK, these gummies are definitely harder to chew than other ones I've had, the flavor is like a sugar free candy to me.. but they worked when taken daily. I stopped taking them because I ran out and can't remember to buy them again. Constipation is back so I just added to my cart, I need them back into my daily routine asap. No cramping or gas caused by them for me at all.
