Q: I do not see a dosage on my label at all? The lable says theres 5g of fiber per gummy. The recommended dv for fiber is about 25g for women & 38g for men. How much should I take?

I took these for 2 days not really sure how long it takes to be effective but I didn't see a difference. They also seem to not have alot of sugar added and my teeth are fine but these hurt and made my teeth so sensitive. I don’t think I can continue

I’m surprised at how much I enjoy these. They’re good for what they are and how little is in them aside from fiber. The flavors are all decent, with the darker red tasting the best in my opinion. Because I have PCOS/pre-diabetes, I’m an absolute fiber junkie. Adding these into my routine ensures I hit my fiber goal to keep my blood sugar stable & stave off sugar cravings. You could, hypothetically, get more fiber in with the Lily’s candies as they taste better but the texture is definitely better with these. They’re a true gummy that doesn’t stick to your teeth like the Lily’s.

I am happy with theses fiber gummies, they are easy and flavorful to take. And I do believe that they are working for me. My only complaint is that I do not like the peach flavor, but do love the strawberry and berry flavors. If Vitafusion were to stop making the peach gummies, I would give the product 5 stars.

Honestly the gummies had a super synthetic taste to them. They were also very hard to chew. I only tried it for one day because I could not get past how hard they were to chew. As far as effectiveness, quality I can't really say. As for value not a bad price.

Excellent gummies- texture are more like soft traditional gummy bears, not like fruit chews which some gummies are like. Fiber definitely noticeable after a couple days of taking, good supplemental if you can’t normally get enough fiber. Tastes like closer to actual gummy bears too. They can melt if it’s left out in the sun too long, so store accordingly.
