First Act DJ Mixer Toy Music Player

Hours and hours of fun! Can be a bit annoying for grown-ups because even on the quietest volume setting it's still pretty loud. However, the kids like it so much that I can't complain.

Item does not work. Does not turn on. Does not work with new batteries or anything. Totally ruined what could have been a nice birthday surprise for my child.

There are a ton of options so older kids can get really creative but it's also simple enough for our 2 year old to have fun with it. It's also very portable and lightweight so we can take it places for them to play with.

It also has preloaded sound tracks on it. The volume goes up to a decent sound and you can lower it has well. It has an on and off switch which is nice. You can use the piano keys to add sound to the mix too. This is perfect for that little mixer in your life or someone who wants to be just like daddy or.mommy!!! It is plastic so be careful not to drop it. But overall it is super cute to pretend to be a dj!! I even enjoy playing with it.

I do wish it didn't slide around so much and that some of the sound effects and keys were more distinctive and louder. We have similar toys that will occupy my four year old for an hour to 2 hours at a time this one only 30 minutes.

He was thrilled with this and even let his siblings take turns trying it out. The mixer style makes him feel like a real dj and this will be a perfect addition to his overnight birthday party, as I’m sure they’ll all want to stay up late jamming and looking for different activities. He’s really into making videos now and this gives him more options for content - he was already coming up with ideas as soon as he started playing with it to listen to all of the effects. The mini keyboard on the bottom is a nice touch because it opens up a lot more options for creating different sounds, and there are so many functions he hadn’t even been through them all yet when he took a break. This will undoubtedly provide him with hours of creativity and I like that it fosters his love for music, producing, and making those trendy noises that he’s always listening to online himself. Cool gift, it was definitely a hit and super on trend for what young kids like right now!

The beat options and features are impressive. My kids have spent hours making their own tunes! I do wish that there was a lower volume setting, but I just make them take the toy up to their room when I need some quiet. This would make a perfect gift for any music loving child!
