The watch lasted 2 years then died. The screen malfunctioned then looked distorted and eventually stopped working. Disappointing!

So, this was the 2nd Versa 2 I have bought. The first one stopped turning on after 2 years and now the 2nd one has stopped working after less than 2 years. The second one never linked with my phone and was really only great as a sleep monitor.
After 6 months the thing barely worked

Watch won’t sync at least 50% of the time. When I can actually get it to sync its bc I’ve manually gone into the app and clicked sync. Notifications only come through about 25% of the time. I’ve had to delete the device and then add new device 8 times in the past year bc it won’t sync at all. The charging port is very clunky and very sensitive-many times I put it in to charge and bc the pins don’t line up exactly it hasn’t charged. Small bump to it can causes it to shift slightly and not charge

I have purchased 2 of these and each time they malfunctioned in less than a year. They were replaced, but even those eventually stopping working correctly. It stopped tracking my sleep and heart rate, which impacts the outcome of calories burned, etc. I have tried a total of 4, and I’m done. I do not recommend this product. I’m switching to an Apple Watch.

Had mine for a year and a month. I was OBSESSED with it. It met all my needs: helped me keep track of workouts, steps, weight, time, sleep patterns, etc. I had the app too and just loved it. Then, it randomly stopped performing as consistently as it once did exactly one year after having it. Within a month after the year mark, it slowly broke down and then stopped working completely. It was only $150 for me, so money well spent, but I ofc would have appreciated it last longer. Definitely buying an Apple Watch next time as I didn’t realize how much I’d truly love this knock off one.

The side button malfunctioned after 3 months. Warranty replacement 3 months later, the screen went out on it. Fitbit customer service is very underwhelming, and this is clearly a low quality product for the price. My prior versa lasted 3 years before giving out. Very disappointing

Ok product turned to absolute trash with garbage customer support. Around the 1-year mark, my screen stopped swiping and I could no longer end exercises (needing to manually turn off and on the device). I contacted their support team and over the course of hours they persuaded me to do a factory reset of my device, which rendered my device completely useless (turning off and on every 1 minute--literally). I started with a useable product and now have garbage. When I told their customer service this was appalling and I cannot believe I no longer have a working fitbit in any capacity, they offered me a meager 35% off coupon (for only the newest items). I did a quick Google search and saw that it is apparently known that many of the Versa 2 devices will spiral after a factory reset..... so why on earth is their support team pushing for this?? Don't buy their products. They don't last and then their support team are shady. I will be buying an Apple Watch now.

This is my second versa. The first one last two years before it quit charging. This one lasted a whole 14 months and won’t display anymore . Disappointed because I really like the versa but don’t want to replace it every year.

Buttons kept getting sticky and stuck and the side piece that clicks the band into place cracked. It is now completely unwearable. Sadly it broke 10 days after the year warranty so it's complete garbage now. Absolute shame!

This is my second Versa 2. The first one worked great until it just suddenly didn't. Glitched out and was useless. This second one has been glitchy from day 1, and today the screen just popped off out of nowhere. It's been slightly over a year since I got it, so warranty is expired. Waste of money.
