Description
Flex is a trusted female-founded brand redefining modern period care to be safer, more comfortable, with lasting protection—because we deserve better. Have the most comfortable period of your life®.
Flex Cup is the only beginner-friendly cup in the world that removes like a tampon.
EFFORTLESS REMOVAL. Don't fear your cup being stuck. Use the patented pull-tab to effortlessly break the cup’s suction seal for a cleaner, easier removal. Plus, since the stem is adjustable in length, you can customize your fit to help reach your cup. No digging, no stress.
12-HOUR WEAR. Live worry-free with up to 12 hours of leak protection, backed by a secure suction that keeps your cup in place. Never rush to the bathroom to change your tampon or pad again, whether you're sleeping, swimming, working, or in class.
BODY-SAFE. Made with 100% medical-grade silicone, Flex Cup is body-safe, hypoallergenic, non-toxic, and free of lead, arsenic, and forever chemicals (PFAS). Unlike cotton tampons, it won't absorb your natural moisture or disrupt your vaginal pH—so you stay balanced.
FIND YOUR FIT. Flex Cup comes in two sizes to find the perfect fit for your body. Size 01 is ideal for beginners or pro cup users with light to heavy flows and has a capacity of 2 SUPER tampons. Size 02 is ideal for experienced cup users or those who've had 2+ vaginal births and has a capacity of 3 SUPER tampons. If you're unsure where to start, we recommend starting with Size 01.
SUSTAINABLE & ECO-FRIENDLY. Flex Cup is a zero-waste product, it's 100% reusable and lasts for years with proper care.
BONUS! Flex Cup includes the cutest cotton carrying pouch and 2 FREE one-time-use Flex Discs (period discs) to keep at work or school if your period makes an impromptu appearance.
Flex Cup is an alternative to tampons, period underwear, pads, and menstrual discs. Looking for a reusable product with no suction? Check out Flex Reusable Disc.

HOW TO USE:
STEP 1: REFRESH YOUR CUP
If it’s your first time using your Flex Cup, give it a quick wash with warm water and a mild soap or cleanser. To completely sanitize your cup in between periods, boil it for 10 minutes on the stove (do not allow your cup to come in contact with the sides or bottom of the pot).
STEP 2: FIND YOUR FOLD
Experiment with folding techniques. There are lots of different ways you can fold your cup for insertion, but one of our favorites is called the punchdown fold. Simply push one side of the cup’s rim down towards the base with your thumb, then pinch the sides together.
STEP 3: GET IN POSITION
Get into a comfortable position—either sitting on the toilet, standing with one leg elevated, or squatting with knees wide. Insert the folded cup into the vaginal canal. You don't have to push it too far back (and it’s normal for the pull-tab to hang slightly outside your body).
STEP 4: CHECK YOUR PLACEMENT
To make sure the cup has opened fully, insert a clean finger into your vagina and run it around the outside of the cup. You'll know your cup is in the right place when you can move around without leaks or discomfort.
*Please follow the full Instructions for Use within the box prior to use.
**To clean your Flex Cup, simply empty your cup, rinse with cool water, apply a mild soap or cleanser, lather, and rinse again with warm water. At the end of your cycle, sanitize by boiling (see instructions) and store it in its carrying pouch.

Q: Is it necessary to buy this and one other cup too still? Or can this menstrual cup be used for a long time?
A: Our Flex Cup is reusable and lasts for a few of years before it needs to be replaced. Our instructions for use will have cleaning instructions on how to take proper care of your cup. The Flex Discs are disposable, not reusable. After 12 hours of wear, you must remove and dispose of the disc and insert a new one.

Q: if i wear the cup for 24hr then take it out, do i need to boil it and clean it again before putting it right back in?
A: Hi Dean, thanks for your question! You can only safely wear the Flex Cup for up to 12 hours. At the 12 hour mark you must remove, empty, and clean the Cup with warm water and soap. After rinsing, you can then reinsert the Cup. We recommend boiling the Cup every cycle to sanitize it. You can find out more info on our site here! https://flexfits.com/a/faq

Q: The pull tag sticks out is that ok? after an hour of wear the pull tag is now inside of me. i’m scared it might get “lost”..
A: Hi Maribel, thanks for your question! Some adjustments that can be made to make the pull-tab more comfortable is adjusting the stem so it is at its shortest (or longest) length without creating an indentation on the cup wall and ensuring the pull-tab loop is just outside the base of your cup. You can also push the stem into the cup upon final placement so it is as “flush” with the base as possible while keeping the loop just outside the hole at the base of the cup. Some users also opt to tuck the pull-tab alongside their cup once inserted, that's perfectly fine!

Q: Is the pull tag suppose to be sticking out or is it suppose to be inside you with just a tiny bit sticking out??
A: Hi Maribel, the pull-tab can rest comfortably between the labia or be tucked up alongside the Cup, either way works!

Q: Do you pull on the string until the cup comes out, or is this just to break the seal and then you have to grab the actual cup to get it out of your body?
A: Hi Rachel, this is a great question and we thank you for asking. The purpose of the pull-tab is to break the seal of the cup. Once you feel resistance from the stopper located on the inside, then you'll grab the base of the cup and pull slowly for removal. I hope this information is helpful. If you have any additional questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Flexperts at hello@flexfits.com. They are more than eager to help!

Q: What is the difference between fits
A: This kit includes two one-time menstrual discs for you to try out, and one reusable menstrual cup. You can go to FlexFits.com to learn about how the disc works, and FlexCup.com to learn how the cup works! Both can be left in for 12 hours. The cup can sit lower in the vaginal canal, while the discs sit up higher past the pelvis and closer to the cervix. They’re both different experiences compared to tampons and pads, but they both “catch” period fluid rather than absorb it. The string on the cup breaks the vacuum seal inside of the body, while you have to use a finger to reach up and grab the side of the disc with. Look up the products on YouTube or their website to see how they work!
