This really didn’t work for me. It kept falling off of my book and also it’s not long enough to cover both pages so I was constantly adjusting it as moved from left page to right page to get good lighting coverage.

This light is great. It has two brightness levels, and I usually use the less bright one. It seems to last a really long time, and I love that it's rechargable. They make a cheaper one, but it takes batteries and people say it doesn't last as long before you have to replace the batteries. When I bought it last year it was $14.99, so kind of disappointed that it's now $19.99, but still probably worth it.
