I am addicted to this stuff! I have always run toward anemia, so thought this would be good for me. I take it first thing in the morning, and I have so much more energy than I've ever had - and I just turned 67! Recently, because of packaging, the bottle was broken upon arrival and contents were all over everything else in the package. I called Swanson's and reported it, and they quickly sent a replacement. I appreciate that so much, b/c out of everything in the box, it was the Flora Iron + Herb/B complex that I was looking forward to the most! It would be great if they packed their glass bottles better, as they just tend to throw the box of Flora into a bigger box (with other items) with nothing around it, (except a little puffy plastic over the top), and I always have to inspect it to make sure it's not broken. (Swanson's, you can do better than that!) It's a 5-star product, but "less-than" packaging.
