Q: We bought this Dec 2022 and just recently, both cars have failed to run (as of August 2023). We charge and the lights look like the cars are about to run but the cars aren't running. HELP!

Q: Does the battery have to be charged before first use?? my 2 yr old granddaughter is getting hers today.
A: It's usually a best practice to fully charge before use as batteries tend to be a bit weird over time when not charge before use.
