Q: The product description says that it's concentrated so that there's less water content being sold. What ratio of water are you supposed to mix in when pouring into your dispenser?

I bought this soap foam refill because my usual brand, JR Watkins, was out of stock. Unfortunately, this soap left both my hands and my family’s hands feeling dry after every use. It’s not gentle at all, and we’ve had to use extra lotion just to deal with the dryness. I won’t be purchasing this again and will wait for my regular brand to become available.
