Q: I am confused about the pouch -- when I finish using it, is it recyclable? The has a diagonal line across the recycle logo, and I have never seen that before. Thank you

The package promotes itself as being "down to earth" and "up to earth's standards" and "100% Natural Fragrance" on the front of the package. I unfortunately bought two packages as refills. However, if you look at the ingredients list it just says "Fragrance" and does not list the source. It also does not say that it is free of phthalates.

EverSpring makes great hand soap. The soap does not dry out your hands like so many others and if you are sensitive to fragrances, the scents are very light and I believe made using natural ingredients. It does not bother my asthma.

I used to buy the Mandarin and Ginger Ever Spring hand soap, and it was great. It cleaned your hands and smelled good, just enough without being overpowering. While the lemon and mint one is also like this, not too powerful of a smell, the main thing I don't like about it is that it does not clean your hands enough. Yes, it cleans off dirt, but that's it. Whenever I change my toddler's poopy diaper, I wash my hands right away. The mandarin and ginger hand soap cleaned my hands well and there was no poop smell left on my hands at all. But every time I have used the lemon and mint hand soap, there's still a faint smell of poop on my hands! Disgusting! I tried washing them twice and then 3 times and it still left a faint smell of poop. I do not trust that it is cleaning my hands that well. Please bring back the Mandarin and Ginger hand soap!!

I’ve been using this soap refill for years and am very happy with it. I like the clean ingredients and the pleasant smell. The bag design makes it easy to refill all my soap dispensers. Pro tip - you can turn this into a foaming soap simply by mixing one part soap with three parts water. This gives it a nice foam and also makes it last a lot longer! (Just be sure to use a foaming dispenser.)

A great non-drying, non-irritating hand soap. The scent is pleasant and doesn't linger, which I prefer. The formula doesn't strip the skin and it doesn't flare up the eczema I can get on my hands from using antibacterial soaps.
