I've been using this for a year now, my Dr. recommended me to take any brand of 800mcg of Folic Acid for Prenatal purpose. I keep buying this brand because it has Vit. B-12 in it which makes Folic Acid more effective (based on my research). I'm happy that is very reasonably priced at Swanson.

I've taken Folic Acid for years along with my other supplements and found it to be very satisfactory. I really like the tiny easy to swallow tablets.

We used this folic acid product during all my wife's pregnancies and she is very satisfied with the quality. She loves how it's small and easy to swallow.
