Measurements are not accurate! I used my kitchen 1/4 cup measuring cup to compare, and the food scooped with that didn’t even touch the 1/4 cup letters on this scoop, which are below the actual measuring line. It may not be noticeable with something larger like dog kibble, but I used this to measure pellets and it was a very noticeable difference. Beware of overfeeding your pets with this!

The description and the item, describe this item as "1 cup". However, that is incorrect. It's a bit over 1.25 cups. This makes the item unusable as a measuring scoop. I threw it in the trash.

I got this for my dogs food because it's been hard to gauge exact measurement with other scoopers and hes been getting fat. This scooper is perfect. Hes a GSD with larger sized kibble food and portioning out how much he needs with each meal is very easy with this scoop. I wish I had found it sooner. The photo is of my dog in a Halloween costume because I'm proud of how cute he looks

Needed a replacement for our metal scooper because that handle broke off. Compared the 1 cup and half cup lines using water (pictured) with both baking measuring cups and the scooper we had been tolerating and both were accurate. I do shake our scoops as to level out the dog food to ensure I'm feeding our large breed dogs the 1.5 cups 2x/day and have not had any issues with overfeeding. I would love a more durable plastic or metal with a longer handle since our dry food is scooped from a large rolling storage bin.

I like the size of the scoop, however, the measurement lines are inaccurate and I was over feeding my dog.

Measuring was incorrect. My dog wasn’t losing weight despite dropping down the amount. When I compared a full level ‘1 cup’ with this scoop of dry dog food, it measured out to 1.5 cups.

Maybe I am picky, but I feel like the dog food slides out of this as I am grabbing it. Measuring is correct

Nice scoop. A heaping scoop is a cup and 1/2. Efficient and heavy duty.

Perfect scoop for measuring dog food. I also got another one to scoop ice from my ice maker… a lot cheaper than actual ice scoops and works just as well!

I didn't even think of double checking this scoopers measurements until our dog kept getting tummy issues. After multiple vet visits, turns out we were overfeeding him 🤣😅 no longer using this scooper.

Our dog is starting to get a bit chubby. In trying to figure out how much to reduce her food, I started by measuring a cup into this scoop. My measured cup was just over the 1/2 cup mark. Oops!!
