I love that it comes with the standard countertop vacuum sealer as well as a handheld one. I use the countertop sealer to seal any unused food (works great for extra meats and vegetables) to keep them fresh until I’m ready to use them again! The foodsaver also makes marinating meat SO easy! That is definitely my most used feature with this! As for size this is a great compact size so it doesn’t take up a lot of space in my kitchen which is definitely something i look for when I’m looking for new kitchen appliances! If you’ve been thinking about wanted to get a vacuum sealer this one is the one i recommend for sure!!!

I love how this device is slim compared to older models and how it has the ability to seal bottles and mason jars. Its easy to use and easy to store so i know i will be using this frequently. We like to buy meats in bulk and freezer bags just wont cut it because it will still give meats freezer burn and turn the flavor. I wish i had used this for our frozen meats before the last hurricane and power outage, maybe we could’ve still saved some items before they were completely thawed out. That said, my only issue is the cost of bags (although for the money it will save when we buy in bulk, i think its well worth it). Ive read about generic brands that can be used so i will try those out. Of course, frugal me just *had* to see if regular old storage bags will work (see cherries in the bag lol) and it totally did NOT vacuum the air out but it did seal it 😅 hey, somebody has to try it, right?😆 I think this is a smart addition to anyones kitchen as it will save a lot of time and money when we can freeze and store food.

It has the ability to be used handheld rather than just through the flat sealer and it’s easy enough to figure out how to use it. I mainly use it to seal leftovers such as meat before I freeze for an extended period of time. Perhaps not every household needs one of these, but if you are someone who does a lot of deep freezing or even cooking like sous vide, this can be helpful. It can be a little pricey, but if you use it regularly, I think it makes up its value.

Portable so I can move it all around my kitchen with ease. Also able to make soups and store them in my freezer, be careful with any hot liquids. Also has a sous vide version and use with ease, definitely recommend this product.
