Fox Run Adjustable Rolling Pin

It makes it even and a lot better to face when they are flat and all the same thickness. It did not work great on rolling out phonics which is a very thick and tough consistency. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rolling pin is very neat. I’ve never had an adjustable rolling pin before. It rolls out my dough nice and smoothly. I like being able to adjust the size of the rolling part. Very convenient.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This rolling pin is nice. I like that the pin itself has some weight on it. The handles are easy to remove and to out back on. Your dough must be smaller than the width or it put lines through your dough.

I never thought that I would need one like this until I actually tried it! Once I tried it I fell in love with it! So easy to clean up and store! I will be buying this for gifts that is for sure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This adjustable rolling pin is good for anyone who bakes a lot and is very particular with dough thickness. This rolling pin has removable discs so you can make different dough thicknesses. I have never had a problem using my regular rolling pin. Just roll to desired thickness. This pin has plastic pieces that are dishwasher safe. It’s easier to just clean my rolling pin and less work. It’s an attractive rolling pin but really doesn’t serve a purpose for the average home baker.

You can easily roll out the perfect thickness of dough by just changing out the side ring pieces. I love that there are multiple options of rings so that you can choose the perfect one that fits your recipe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do you ever see a recipe that tells you to roll something to a certain height? This is the solving to all your guessing. It works well and it’s very simple to get the dough precisely right. I love the product and would buy it again! It does get a little tricky when the dough is too big, so your forced to make a longer more narrow dough. The rolling pin is long enough to cover most baking jobs though, in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bakelicious Adjustable Rolling pin comes with three different size (2 mm, 6 mm, 10mm) removable discs that is suppose to help with different thickness for doughs. The handles turn to easily remove/add disk to adjust thickness of dough. The handles have grooves so they can properly be locked into place. The rolling pin is longer than a normal rolling pin, and it has longer than norm handles too which makes for a long rolling pin. Storing the rolling pin can become an issue due to the length. The packaging itself is eye catching, plus the idea of discs that assist in dough thickness. The idea itself sounds great, but once I started to use the product I kept running into complications with the Bakelicious rolling pin. I selected to try out the 2 mm disc. I was only able to roll dough up and down. When I tried going any other direction, the disc would put lines into the dough. My dough kept sticking to the rolling pin. This was frustrating. I never had this issue with my regular rolling pin (I've used the same rolling pin for 15 yrs). I tried using nonstick spray and even flour on the rolling pin, but it was just a temporary solution that lasted about a minute ... two at most. The right handle kept coming off while I was trying to roll out my cookie dough. They are suppose to lock into place that would prevent this from happening. I never had an issue with the left handle just the right handle. Between the discs putting lines into my dough, the left handle kept coming off while rolling the dough, and my dough would stick to the wood rolling pin .... I decided this rolling pin in not a win for me. It's unfortunate but I can't recommend Bakelicious Adjustable Rolling pin.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted an adjustable rolling pin so I was really excited to get this one. The disks come off easy and the rolling pin moves smoothly. I ended up putting some food safe mineral oil on the wood part to help seal it.
