I was hesitant about buying canned sauerkraut, but the reviews were so positive I had to try it. First thing I did was to transfer it into a jar and chill. Later, I tried it, and could not believe how good it was. Made a fabulous vegetarian Reuben!! Also love potatoes, carrots and chicken smothered and baked in it. Will buy this from now on!!
