A: Hi - the manufacturer calls the finish an oil-rubbed bronze, but it does appear as a dark bronze-black in certain room lighting conditions. It's a lovely finish, and thank you for asking about it.

Love this lamp, especially because it holds two bulbs that turn on independently. I have different wattages for each bulb so I can control the amount of light. Also, You can't tell that only one bulb is lit! Great style.

The Roscoe Bronze Twin pole light looks great in my living room by my reading chair. It compliments my Franklin Iron Works Rustic Vase Hammered Bronze lamps that I purchased altogether from Lamps Plus. I debated for several months then finally made my purchase. I am so HAPPY with them! The Shade is oval in shape and lighter than lamps but it offsets everything. I didn't think it had to match since it had its own character while blending. I was also able to set them up required some assembling.

The lamps were are beautiful as described by other reviewers. I was looking for 2 new lamps to replace the old ones in my living room and I didn't want to pay those exorbitant prices I had seen other places but I wanted quality lamps - these lamps fulfilled both these needs. They look beautiful in place, provide the lighting I needed, delivery was faster than I expected and didn't take my husband long to put together. I need two more lamps and will again use Lamps plus.
