Q: Is the iron part of the lamp black? Thanks
A: Hi - the manufacturer calls the finish an oil-rubbed bronze, but it does appear as a dark bronze-black in certain room lighting conditions. It's a lovely finish, and thank you for asking about it.

Q: Is the lamp shade white or beige?
A: Hi - the shade used on this design comes in an off-white fabric. We would not call it a beige, as it is not that dark. Remember that the shade will look slightly different depending on what bulb type you use with it. Hope all that helps, thank you for asking.
