I like the product. It works wonderful for my cats but when shipped from target the packaging comes all beat up and with litter leaking out of it because FedEx UPS don’t care. They just toss it around. Lesson learned to just buy my litter at the store

I don't understand what's going on. Ive bought this litter since they started offering it, it seems. And other Fresh Step litter before THAT probably 15 yrs now. Lately I've noticed more odor and lots of dust. My poor cat seem to notice it to as she doesn't stay in her box long and doesn't bury her business.....Im scared because she's older now. I don't want her to get sick or for that matter ne either. I don't recommend this low tracking formula. Something changed and it's unbearable :(

I’ve used this brand forever, but in the last year they’ve changed the formula and it’s terrible now. Turns the litter pan into a clay pit which all sticks to the pan, and clumps into my cat’s paws too. So bummed, but won’t be able to use it anymore.

I've been using Fresh Step Multi-Cat Formula for quite a few years, although recently the Low-Dust Formula is misleading. The dust problem is horrible, I'll certainly be evaluating other brands.

Will be finding a different brand to use until y'all decide to go back to your old formula. I was willing to pay the high price when it worked, but now it just turns to concrete at the bottom of the litter box and is impossible to scoop. Very disappointing.
