Q: Is it ok to freeze this in sections? Says to use up by day 7.

A: All Freshpet recipes come with a Sell by Date. You can safely store the recipe in your refrigerator unopened until that date. While our recipes are made to be served fresh from the fridge, you can feel free to freeze any unused portions upon opening. Keep in mind texture and moisture levels may vary after freezing, but this will not change the nutritional value of the food. For any unopened recipes, it is best to keep it in the refrigerator until the sell by date stamped on the package. Hope this helps! -Angie

I think my 8 year old picky beagle lab likes this flavor the best! He went crazy for it. Even went back to how bowl after it was empty! Licking it again! Hoping he can lose weight on fresh food cause he had ACL surgery and walks are limited and it’s a long recovery.

I'm definitely not one to write a review, but this particular dog really did make a difference for our 10yr old dog. She was getting to the point where she didn't want to eat. We would have to coax her, sometimes she ate sometimes no. She also seemed to be slowing down, figured it was her age. We had changed her food many times trying to get her more interested in eating, my wife would even make homemade food in a crock pot with chicken gizzards, hearts and kale. That helped but still not enough. So, one day we decided to try your product, we'll, she devoured it and still continues to do so. A side effect is her energy level is through the roof. You now have a loyal consumer, we'll never go back to canned again. Thank you, Meesha' s Dad

Ever since we made the change to fresh pet our animals have had more energy lost weight that was needed, and they don’t run us out of the room from the gassing Lol, just overall great product and also has saved us some money on groceries.

Believe me when I say that my golden is the pickiest eater in the entire universe. I’ve tried every option from toppers to actual human food (of course, dog friendly) and this is the only thing that will make him eat. He went from not wanting to begging for his meals.

While shopping I decided to give Fresh Pet a try and got the chicken and turkey. I have four very picky dogs who all love different things so I thought it would be great if I could finally find one thing that they all liked. Well I found one thing that they all loved! I have never seen them clean bowls so fast and one of my dogs went back to reclean his bowl hoping to find another nugget in there. I'm delighted so from now on I will get the whole range of products including the beef. I'm shocked but delightfully so. Thank you thank you thank you.

I have never thought about buying fresh dog food that required refrigeration. I thought the cost would be too high for me. I happened to look at Freshpet in Petco a couple weeks ago and decided to give it a try. Wow! My mini goldendoodle loves it! She can be picky, and will often not eat her food. I also found that price-wise, it was cheaper than the canned food I'd been offering her (that she wouldn't always eat). So now I am buying Freshpet regularly. We are on our 3rd package. One pakage lasts one week, so it is very economical! Thank you freshpet!

I adopted my fur baby lad month. She was eating Fresh Pet at the rescue. I researched different options and found that fresh pet is loved by Chrystal, easily obtained, more economical and incredibly neater than the dog food in vacuum sealed bags!

Had a good friend tell us about this ans we bought 1 tube to try .Mixed it with her regular doggie food which is a special for dry skin.We cut the regular down to half of what we were feeding and added one cut mark of your food twice a day.This spoiled hound of ours just loves your food!! No picky eating at all. She is much more active and has shed some of the weight that she needs to lose
