Does not work like advertised. We had the popular elephant sprayer but threw it away due to mildew inside the hose that you can't clean. Got this to try and it's got the same issue where you can't clean the hose. The suction cup is the worst and never stays suctioned, so during the bath the pump just keeps coming out of the water and floating to the surface so you can't use the hose. And then there's zero difference between the 2 water settings. Waste of money and hoping they will let me return it

To get the best results with the Control the Flow Bath Sprayer, it’s important that the suction cup is used on a completely flat surface — textured tubs can prevent proper suction and cause the pump to detach. The motor also needs to be fully submerged to maintain strong, consistent water pressure. There should be a noticeable difference between the two water settings, and we’d love to troubleshoot this further with you. The two year old hates having water on his head and unfortunately it didn’t change this. My almost 4 year old LOVED it. He usually fusses when I have to rinse his hair but he loved using this! He even told me to keep going after the shampoo was already out. The pressure is low and smooth. It would be so soothing for an infant (too bad I didn’t have one then). Would definitely recommend and will definitely consider this for future baby shower gifts. Also, loved that it came with batteries!

No difference with different flow setting. Would not recommend. No suction what so ever, worked maybe the first day if that. This for sure needed more time worked out prior to putting this out there. You’re better off getting the elephant one. we had it first and will continue to use it. Was hopeful but doesn’t work

I had really high hopes as I love everything Frida creates, but I’ve never hated something more…it absolutely will not suction to the tub so I have to hold it down in order for the water to flow, so now I have no free hand to help wash my child as the other one is using all its strength to push the sprayer button only for the water to barely spray out—that’s on the “higher pressure” which is a completely joke there’s barely any pressure whatsoever. My child absolutely dreads getting his head washed and this has traumatized him even more. Really hate to write this again as I love everything else but this is horrible.
