Essential for those tiny claws!

Using normal nail clippers, myself and other moms accidentally got our babies :( These scissors are such a game changer. They’re easy to use, have a nice little case to put them in and I feel much better using these over nail clippers.

Nail scissors are the best

So much better than baby nail clippers, I have so much more control when cutting my baby’s nails. I did use en electric nail file for the first month because I wasn’t as comfortable using these yet, but once I got the hang of it these are the only tools I use to cut my baby’s nails.

Blades don't rebound

als - 1 year ago, Verified purchaser
When you make a cut with these scissors, the blades stay in the finished position and don’t rebound back open. This means that, after every single cut, you have to wedge a finger into the silicone loop and pop it open. I can’t imagine that’s how this was designed, so maybe I got a defective one, but either way they’re going back. I’m going to stick with regularly shaped baby nail scissors in the future.

Highly recommend scissors over clippers

Would definitely recommend the scissors. My baby does not grip the case, but the scissors are perfect instead of a clippers because the nails are more like skin. These also work great for the little pieces of skin that my baby gets around her nails.

Second pair in a year and does not work! The first pair I got worked great until they completely broke out of the silicone. Customer service was great and sent another one but unfortunately the scissors do not open enough where I can't cut my little ones nails.

Found these scissors to be the safest and easiest way to trim my baby’s nails. Over time I feel the blades get a little dull but worth having a second pair around.

I’m not sure why the negative reviews are complaining about them not being sharp, that’s what makes them amazing. They’re sharp enough to cut nails but not so much that you’re always cutting your child. Used them in the dark to trim nails with ease

These look great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got these nail scissors and they look great, but I was a little disappointed in the functionality of them. I went to use them on my sons nails and while the handle gives you a good grip, once I went to cut it seemed the scissor part was flimsy and not very sharp to cut the nail. With a moving child I want to use something that is secure and can get the job done, I dont think I will continue to use these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried to cut nails of my 16 months old son and the blades are not very sharp, though the scissor is itself cute. I will still use nail clippers over these.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you’re a parent you know how scary it can be trimming a newborns fingernails. The frida easy grip scissors changes that. They are so easy to use as well as safe for your baby. I love that it comes with a magnifying glass to help you see those tiny newborn nails.
