A: On mine, one of the LED light blinks (white) while charging. Stops when done. Bought mine in December 2024 too!

Q: I bought this last fall and it’s stopped working today. We don’t use it that much. The unit will charge, light up the three spots and the color changing light will turn on. However it does not have any suction.

Q: My Friday nose sucker doesn't seem to be very strong. Do you now how many mmH2O of suction it is supposed to provide? I struggle to clear my child's nose of mucus when my old nose sucker didn't have any issues.

THE NEW AND IMPROVED NOSEFRIDA IS THE TRUTHHH!!!!!. I had the first one that had the blue top that had a bit of complications as to when yoy clean it out and the snot getting into the electrical part. My old one stopped working so I ended up buying a new one and noticed a huge different with the top now not even being connected to the bottom which is a great improvement. Now you can see the snot come out which is amazing!!! LOVE ALL OF YOUR PRODUCTS AND WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND.

The Frida Nose 2 is much louder than the previous. My daughter does not like the loud nose so it’s not easy anymore doing it. The sucking is good.

LOVE IT. It’s been a life savor. My girl had gotten really sick in January and without the Frida we would have had to kept going back to the hospital to suck her nose out. I’ve packed it for every trip. It goes in my diaper bag at all times.

I bought this in September and I really liked it a lot. It does a great job but it is now April and it has fully died. I’ve tried recharging it and it won’t suck at all. I wish it also did a better job catching the snot. It would somehow get down to the motor, which is why I think it broke.. but the catching area feels like it needs to be bigger. Im tempted to get their newest more expensive sucker but I'm weary since this one didn’t last very long.

I bought this a couple months ago for my baby & it honestly never turned on. I haven’t used it at all, started charging it & waited a day to use it but it never worked. Now I don’t know if this is just the one I specifically bought or what but this is just my experience with this product.

This has been awesome for clearing snot for my toddler and baby. Definitely recommend it. Make sure you DO NOT accidentally leave it in reach of toddler.. I went into the kitchen for 10 minutes while toddler was in living room. Somehow she was able to reach the electric nosefrida off of the side table. I heard her crying and found her with the nosefrida completely suctioned to her face. It was hard to get it off. This is what it left. BEWARE OF POWERFUL SUCTION

It is very safe and has 3 suction levels and comes in a travel case with the charging cord, which is a plus for me since it doesn't run off batteries. It really gets all of the junk out of noses and is super easy to clean. This is something every house with children needs!
