Q: Every time I remove the nozzle on can after I used it for only a minute it leaks.. is that normal? Also how long does this product last for… how many uses ?

A: Here are the directions for use: First, remove cap and place nozzle on can and mask on nozzle (may be used with or without mask). Then, twist top clockwise to activate mist. Twist in the opposite direction to stop. Hover nozzle or mask near nose and mouth to allow mist to be inhaled while breathing normally. Inhale mist for 1-5 minutes per occasion. Use as often as needed. After use, remove the mask and nozzle and rinse with warm water and air dry or wash in the dishwasher. Both can be reused.

I love the product but the only thing is doesn't give 1 hour or spray, I use a few times and is gone five minutes each time total of 20-25 minutes then when I want to use again is gone!

I really found this product to be useful! I tried using it with the mouthpiece on my toddlers, but eventually took it off and let them use it as long as they would sit. Overall, I definitely think it gets the job done although the hard part is getting my toddler to sit for it.

This is actually a good product and it has helped my daughter so much but in nov 2024 I bought one and didn’t get to use it until 02/2025 my daughter got the croup, i didn’t notice back then that the box was very light until today, when I opened the sealed box the whole can of saline spray wasn’t there!!! Just the plastic inhaler… I can’t return because of the expired window… I couldn’t believe until I read other reviews similar than my experience… this company needs to be more careful about their packaging process… I’ll try to find a different brand.

Second time getting this product. I would’ve rated this product higher but just repurchased and the nasal was broken. The solution just leaked out and there was no mist. I was told this item falls under the category of things that can’t be returned. Pretty upset that I wasted $20 for a defective product.

I am SO thankful for this product! My child has hated saline since he was born, but sometimes it’s necessary, especially since they can’t take many medications when they’re little, and he has tolerated this so well even into toddlerhood. My favorite aspect is I can use it while he’s asleep if it sounds like he needs some relief during colds/viruses. It’s so gentle and non-invasive, but within minutes I notice the raspy breathing greatly reduces/disappears. I’ve even used it on myself some and it gives me relief! It just seems to open the nasal passages and provide a soothing relief in the airways. Yes it’s expensive but I think it’s totally worth it!

This was okay, I feel that the actual nasal spray is better, this just gets my sons face wet, so it’s difficult to use when he’s sleeping which is when his congestion is the worst. Idea is cool, but I also feel it’s a bit expensive.

Followed the instructions and the bottle was defective. Mist continued to leak even after I turned it off wasting 90% of the product and us only using it for 1 minute. Won’t bother again. Contacted their customer service directly and they asked for me to mail them the bottle back.

Besides this being on the pricey side, this is in my sick time box for those kiddos that absolutely either hate saline drops/sitting in steamy showers or don't want to move. Is this a miracle worker? Not at all. Does it help alleviate being uncomfortable? I believe it does! This in no way compares to administering saline drops/spray in a kids nostrils, but this definitely helps when they are so congested/dry/just need something extra. It has a top that can be turned "on/off" and the mask is washable. Unfortunately you won't really know when this runs out until its just out, but it lasts for a pretty long time. I used it consistently for 3-4 nights and it had a lot of juice.
