About this item

Highlights

  • HYGIENIC: Disposable filters are clinically proven to prevent the transfer of mucus or bacterial germs to the snot sucker when clearing stuffy noses. Replace filter after every use.
  • COMFORTABLE + NON-INVASIVE: NoseFrida creates a seal with the outside of the baby’s nostril for gentle snotsucking.
  • DISHWASHER SAFE: The blue nasal tube, red mouthpiece, and filter cap are top-rack dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.
  • PEDIATRICIAN RECOMMENDED: BPA + Phthalate-free. Safe for all ages.
  • BABY REGISTRY ESSENTIAL: Includes 1 NoseFrida and 4 Hygiene Filters

Description

It's smart, It's Swedish, It's maybe a little strange. It's the doctor-invented nasal aspirator that actually works!

To Use: Place large tube against child's nostril (not inside), creating a seal. Use red mouthpiece to snuck out snot.

Tips:

(1) Spraying saline solution in each nostril will help loosen thick mucus before using NoseFrida.

(2) Move tube in a circular motion against nostril. You will hear and see mucus coming out of nose.

(3) Change filter after each use to maintain suction.

Q: Frida baby has this and the snot sucker. What is the difference? On this one, i see 0-9 years. Snotsucker says 0-6 months?! Thank you

submitted by Jenn - 7 years ago
  • A: I dont see much difference then some extra filter. I am doing okay with 1 filter only as the mucus does not really hit the filter.

submitted byRose - 7 years ago
  • A: There is not any difference. It might be an older model. Initially when it came out, it was called snot sucker and meant for up to I age 6mo. The benefit of use ks possible longer if your child cooperates.

Q: Is saline included?

Q: Hi - How do you spray the saline mist? Does my newborn needed to be in an upright position? Same question when snucking the snot out. Thank you!

submitted by Wawata - 6 months ago
  • A: Try laying your baby on their back, or you can also try holding your baby upright in your lap facing you. However they're most comfortable.

submitted by KH - 2 years ago
  • A: Hi no there is no wafer seal on the box. We recommend washing before use.

My daughter would much rather have a bulb used to clear her nose, as would I. It’s much faster than the Fridanose.

It worked well for like one use. After you take the cap off to make it a new filter, it falls off each time. Good concept but the product itself isn’t good quality

Giving 3 stars because, while the product gets snot out, the product has been changed to be cheaply made. I bought one of these eight years ago with my oldest and it was great, never had issues with it falling apart. Now, the thing falls apart every single time we try to use it (specifically, the red tip comes out all the time). Go back to the original and stop trying to make the product cheaper.

The product itself works well. I can’t get over the whole concept though. So gross. Kind of a pain to have to buy additional filters too. Will stick with a standard nasal Aspirator.

The blue pieces don’t fit together so you have to attempt to keep the thing from falling apart while also trying to hold a squirmy baby. Way too much trouble for what it’s worth. Don’t waste your money.

This is an absolute lifesaver. My daughter’s sweet facial structure lends to being so, so, so congested at night that we were both weeping from sleep deprivation. Enter the nose Frida. With a little saline spray + patience, we made it through 6 uninterrupted hours of rest. Someone please give all the awards to this product.

Dumbest invention ever. I had one of these tucked away for 2 years because I absolutely regretted using it the first time. Although it has a filter to stop the snot from entering your mouth, it won’t stop the pathogens, yeah and I feel disgusting even writing this, but it’s like snorting your kid’s germs straight to the brain. If you didn’t already have what your kid had, you will catch it immediately, like why even bother washing your hands when you can just snort your baby’s germs right up? I used this out of desperation and it really only gave my baby minimal relief, he was struggling again within hours and now that I’m sick I’ll most likely call off Thanksgiving with my family.

    Comment perdre patience

    2 out of 5 stars
