Used for tummy tuck

I have read a lot of mixed reviews on these. I actually got them for my tummy tuck and honestly they have been great. I just started them so I can’t confirm how my scar will look in weeks to come, but I will say it’s already flattened the incision out because it was raised in some areas from how it was stitched. It also does not roll up all day. It stays stuck to my skin perfectly. It helps prevent my underwear and belly wrap from rubbing on my incision. So far I am impressed. I also liked the fact that it’s a name brand item.

Hi, I'm not a mommy. I had a DIEP Flap procedure and figured a scar strip made especially for women would be of better quality. These stick to your body so well, and yes...even in the shower. It's too early to see if they've made an improvement, but I'm sure they will. Since they're a bit pricey, if you'll have several scars to cover, you might want to try and grab them on sale.

I wouldn't recommend these patches because of the ambuguity as to how to use them. There is little guidence here from "Hillary" and they constantly say to refer to your doctor, but my doctor has never heard of these, and has no advice. For example, there is a question below that says "what do you do after wearing for 24 hours? do you reset for a certain amount of time, ect" and the response just says "ask your doctor" I would recommend a product with more clear instructions like a derm cream.

Who in their right mind wants to rip off a giant adhesive bandage over hair and a fresh scar. I switched to gel nipple pads to eliminate friction

Let me say that I purchased this product in a total state of disbelief. I have had 3 c-sections and each time I was left with a huge hypertrophic, keloid scare. It was so bad that each time they had to cut the older scare. This time my scare is only hypertrophic. I have started using this product only a week and I can already tell that it’s looking better.
Works so well!

I wasn't sure about these and I never write reviews, but these are magic! I'm 8 weeks pp and still having scar irritation and redness. Put a patch oh yesterday and already I can see one 2 inch area of irritation is basically healed and no longer red. I am amazed!
Love these!!!

After my 2nd c-section I decided to use these strips and it has made ALL of the difference from my first surgery where my scar keloid from my underwear and pants rubbing against it. This time around I have had no problems and it’s healing flatter, less noticeable and doesn’t hurt nearly as bad as the first go round!
Easy peasy

For what they are, they do the job! This was my 4th time getting cut open, and I’ve never even heard of these before. They work great. Keep my incision free of any germs or touching my clothes which is the worst! They don’t have healing powers or anything. Basically a big bandaid for your scar. I’d get em again.

Used these for my breast reduction cuts. Each one was long enough for each boob cut. More comfy and stays better than scar tape from Amazon. Not sure if they help with the scar appearance yet but kept cuts clean and was soothing. Kept them on for a week then would trash and do new ones.

Honestly I used them but I feel like they didn’t do anything? They did stay on my scar through showers and for days at a time, but I’m not sure if I would use if I had another c section or recommend to a friend. If they did one thing, it was prevent my scar from rubbing on my clothing, but I don’t think they did much else

Did not buy for myself but after using them, I am re-buying. At the very least it helps significantly with just keep the surgical site safe from friction. Which that in itself keeps the scar from becoming red, irritated and even itchy. Regarding its ability to make the scar less noticeable, I cannot say because I have only used it for 7 weeks. I do have high hopes that it will work just based on its ability to protect the surgical site from the elements. Worth trying out if you’re curious, and I would say worth the money since each individual patch lasts for a week.

My husband bought these for me a couple weeks after my cesarean. Skeptical as everyone usually is, I gave it a try. Now here I am, requesting more patches for Christmas. These WORK! I’m absolutely amazed how my scar is looking due to whatever magic is on these patches. A MUST HAVE.
I highly recommend!!

So, I bought this as I knew I will have a elective caesarian, 12 weeks ago. I have started using it 4 days after after my hospital dressing was taken off, not as much to improve my appearance but god help how much scar hurts in contact with anything it’s only known to those who have oldest child playing sword fighting at 5 in morning and obviously unintentionally only hitting where they not supposed to ;) I red reviews and its unfair that there are many bought as gift and not recommended by user or used for a week. I had been using it constantly for weeks and love it that you can seal it and forget about it, scar not only feels smooth but also healthier. If you unsure of the price, trust me for me was also much especially if you at the stage of “maybe better buy something for baby” I recommend you think about yourself so your baby has a healthy&happy momma and you will definitely wont regret it, as if it wont make your scar look like it was never there it does sooth a pain and moisture skin.
Highly Recommended! Must have!

My title says it all!! When I was able to take off my original hospital bandage I cleaned around the incision site and applied this on. I’m 2 weeks postpartum with c section. And after looking at my scar it’s amazing how fast it’s healing with it on compared to letting it exposed to the air and accidentally hitting it. I definitely recommend this Frida patch for anyone out there that needs their scar to heal fast. Even my family is surprised that I healed fast from my surgery.
Amazing

Honestly when I bought these I wasn't sure they'd work but I figured it was worth a shot. This was my 3rd c-section and I didn't know this kind of thing existed for my first two. I'm 3 months postpartum and have been wearing the patches for 2 weeks. My scar kept looking the same before the patches and once I used them I have noticed a big difference! It's much flater and less red. So happy I bought these!

My favorite Scar Away's were out of stock, so I tried these and I really was not impressed. You're supposed to wash them and re wear (they give you a little plastic sleeve to do store it in between wears), but after I washed it it never stuck back right. In addition, I found little pieces of the silicone were stuck to my skin around the patch. They're also too itchy to keep on for long periods (2 days max for me). When I tried to re wear after a wash half of the silicone came off on the plastic keeper. 3 stars because they did help protect my scar and can be worn decently 1-2 days in a row. Just not reusable as they should be.

As one of the few reviewers that paid actual money for this and didn’t get it free, I used the whole box beginning 8 weeks postpartum for 6 weeks wore them 24/7 and didn’t see a difference in my scar whatsoever during that time. They are easy to put on and do stay on during shower and workouts, but the box is confusing on if you HAVE to take them off “wear for a couple hours a day to begin” why would I do that if I could just keep it on? I am unwilling to spend more money on something that may or may not start to work after an undetermined period of time
